摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the discharge of gas from helix at the time of operation by flowing helix current in a low resistance of a metallized layer provided to a dielectric strut holding a spiral wire inside a metal cylinder in a part of a high frequency attenuation portion. CONSTITUTION:The helix delaying wave circuit 1 is supported by the dielectric strut 2 in the metal cylinder 3. The high frequency attenuation portion 4 is provided on one end of the helix delaying wave circuit 1, and the metallized layer 5 is provided at a part of the dielectric strut 2. The helix 1 and the metal cylinder 3 are connected by the metallized layer 5. On the other hand, the other end of the helix delay circuit is connected to the inner conductor 8 to be vacuum-sealed together with the dielectric substance 6 and the outer conductor 7. Thus, because the helix 1 and the metal cylinder 3 are electrically connected by the metallized layer 5, the flow of current in the helix is made possible and therefore forced heating can be sufficiently made for degassing.
