    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a skirt on a vehicle body using a connection member that enables easy and accurate adjustment of attachment position and angle.SOLUTION: A skirt 12 is mounted on a lower part of the vehicle body via a connection member including a vehicle-side attachment bracket 15, a skirt-side attachment bracket 17 and a connection shaft 18. The vehicle-side attachment bracket 15 includes a pair of connection arms 15b having bolt insertion holes 15c with an axial line along a vehicle longitudinal direction. The skirt-side attachment bracket 17 includes a collar insertion hole 17a with an axial line along the vehicle longitudinal direction, and a turning arm 17b arranged between the connection arms. In a collar 19, a pair of collar half bodies 19a having a wedge surface 19c formed at its tip is formed by bringing the wedge surfaces into abutment with each other to align the axial lines, and is inserted through the collar insertion hole 17a to be arranged between the connection arms. The connection shaft 18 is inserted from one bolt insertion hole of the connection arms, penetrates through the collar and protrudes a male screw part from the other bolt insertion hole, thereby screwing the nut 18 to the male screw part 18c.
