    • PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy designation of a new address and to attain a high-speed sequence control, by controlling the generation of address signals based on the answer data obtained by applying the output of a latch circuit to the element to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:The lower and upper registers of an ROM32 are designated by an output register 75 by an oscillator 41 and a counter 42 respectively. The data of addresses A0-A6 of the ROM2 are delivered suscessively to latch circuits 33-40 from output terminals O1-O8. An answer result is obtained by supplying test input data O1A-O8H to an LSI71 to be measured from the circuits 33-40. This answer result is supplied to a logical arithmetic unit ALU73 via an input register 72. The ALU73 compares the answer result with a data D given from a program memory 76 to decide the propriety and then to deliver 81 the result of comparison. When the procedure proceeds to the next test, the lower address in the ROM32 is replaced by the ALU73 via the register 75. Thus, a high-speed sequence control is ensured.
