The cleaning solvent and the cleaning air are jetted toward the front side of the coating material chamber and the central positions of fine tubular nozzles N1-N8 disposed in the ring shape, and cleaning nozzles Nc for jetting toward respective fine tubular nozzles N1-N8 formed on the periphery are also disposed.

CONSTITUTION:A plurality of capillary nozzles N0-N6 wherein nozzle holes 6 are opened and closed by means of needle valves 7 are provided with an annular arrangement in a machine body 2 and the apexes of the nozzles N0-N6 are connected in the lump with a manifold 10 which inserts a feeding hole 9 for a coating into a tubular rotating shaft 4 under uncontacting condition and the rear ends of nozzles N0-N6 are respectively connected with the connecting hole P0-P6 of coating hoses H0-H6 provided on the rear end side of the machine body 2. At the same time, a plurality of sheet spring pieces S0-S6 which respectively energize the rear end part of the needle of each needle valve 7 projected from each nozzle N0-N6 in the valve closing direction, are provided radially and a plurality of valve driving parts B0-B6 which press and move each sheet spring piece S0-S6 against the energizing force in the valve opening direction of the needle valve, are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating cartridge capable of cleaning a coating material bag efficiently in a short period of time.
      SOLUTION: The coating material cartridge 10 is provided with: a cartridge body 11 composed of a cylindrical body part 11a and a base part 11c; and the coating material bag 12 which divides the inside area of the cartridge body 11 into a coating material chamber 13 and a coating material extrusion liquid chamber 14. A feed pipe 16 is projectingly provided on the pinner end surface 11g of the base part 11c and is arranged to be inserted into the coating chamber 13 of the coating material bag 12. The feed pipe 16 has a double structure part 16a in the base end side and in the double structured part 16a of the feed pipe 16, a filling path 17a is provided in the center part and a discharging path 17b is provided on the outer peripheral part.
