SOLUTION: The damper device includes a damper part 3a for absorbing relative rotation of plate members 23 and 25 by spring force, and a hysteresis part 3b for absorbing the relative rotation of the plate members 23 and 25 by friction force. In the hysteresis part 3b, an intermediate member 24 is arranged between the plate members 23 and 25 in a radial direction. The second plate member 25 is provided with a tapered surface 25d corresponding to the tapered surface 24c of the intermediate member 24. The first plate member 23 is equipped with a friction surface 23b along the friction surface 24a of the intermediate member 24. The intermediate member 24 is provided with a clearance in the peripheral direction and the radial direction, and is pushed to the friction surface 24a side when the first plate member 23 and the second plate member 25 are relatively rotated.
