摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for production of an incombustible formed material, capable of producing a highstrength and light-weight paper, sheet or other formed materials excellent in high-temperature heat resistance, fire resistance, thermal conductivity and processability even from a low-cost fiber. A non-woven fabric is advantageous in terms of cost as the sheet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To retain the flavor unique to the coffee almost completely, by cooling coffee beans after roasting along a specific cooling curve. CONSTITUTION:Coffee beans 8 roasted at about 220-230 deg.C for a given time are taken out of a taking outlet (7b) of a roaster 7, poured in a receiving tray 10 rotating at 1-5r.p.m., and a valve 23 is simultaneously opened to release a liquefied gas 24, e.g. liquid nitrogen, from a refrigerant storage tank 18 through nozzles (17b). The coffee beans 8 are cooled from a temperature of about 200 deg.C or above to 75-85 deg.C in 3-5min by the own cold of the liquefied gas 24. The cooling of the coffee beans 8 in two stages by the combination of a volatile liquid 22 and the liquefied gas 24 makes the cooling characteristics of the coffee beans 8 closely resemble the ideal cooling characteristics. The use of ethyl alcohol, foreign wine, etc. as the volatile liquid 22 is effective for the artificial flavoring of the coffee beans 8 of low quality.
