摘要： PURPOSE:To remarkably decrease generation of advance/delay in rotation of a hob arbor due to load variation when a work is machined by a hob, by separating a hob driving motor structurally from a hob saddle vertical feed mechanism and a work table indexing mechanism, and installing the motor at a part of the hob saddle within the column. CONSTITUTION:A hob saddle 4 is installed on a column 2 mounted upright at one side of a bed 1, wherein the hob saddle 4 shall be capable of sliding in vertical direction with the aid of a vertical feed mechanism 3. A work table 6 is installed on the other side of the bed 1 in such a way as rotatable through an indexing mechanism 5. Further a hob driving motor 20 is installed at a part of the hob saddle 4 within the column 2 while separated structurally from the vertical feed mechanism 3 and the work table indexing mechanism 5, and thereby generation of advance/delay in rotation of a hob 12 due to varying machining load will be decreased remarkably.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve honing finishing accuracy for a work with outer teeth by determining a position so as to constitute a contact skew gear with the gear-shaped work and a tool for generating a gear having inner teeth, in a device for precisely finishing a tooth surface of the gear-shaped work with the tool for generating the gear having inner teeth. SOLUTION: When outer teeth 9 of a work with outer teeth 1 is honed with a tool 2 having inner teeth such as an inner tooth 10 of honing-grinding wheel, the tool 2 having the inner teeth is rotated at a first rotation speed around the center of a gear axis of the honing-grinding wheel. The work with outer teeth 1 fixed to a support shaft 13 supported by centers 14, 14 is rotated in the same direction at a second rotation speed. The tool 2 having inner teeth and the work with outer teeth 1 are tiltingly mounted so as to have a crossing angle γ, inter-axis distance and the crossing angle γ between the tool 2 having inner teeth and the work with outer teeth 1 in a housing process are numerically controlled. Thus, the outer teeth 9 of the work with outer teeth 1 can be precisely honed.
