    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantifying discharge cap which is user friendly and discharges a certain amount of liquid matter. SOLUTION: A cap body 4 is provided with: a tubular part 16 having an interior communicating with a container opening 3 and having a top wall part 24; a tubular member 31 disposed around the tubular part 16 and communicated with the interior of the tubular part 16 via a through hole 25; an annular wall part 12a closing the part between the lower end of the tubular member 31 and the tubular part 16; an annular valve element 32 elastically-deformably extending from the upper end of the tubular part 31 and seated on an annular valve seat 24a provided on the outer surface of the tubular part 16 which is above the through-hole 25; a discharge opening 33 provided between the annular valve seat 24a and the annular valve element 32; and a movable member 27 which is disposed in the tubular part 16, is movable from the position that interrupts the communication between the tubular part 16 and the container opening 3 to the position that closes the through-hole 25 of the tubular part 16, and has the function of floating with respect to the liquid matter.
