    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a working efficiency and a sound absorption ability, by using a sound absorption board made of a porous concrete material in which a reinforcing material is embedded as a sound absorption plate which forms at least a bottom surface and an air flow passage of a ventilator in the vertical type ventilator in which the air flow passage is formed by the sound absorption plate. SOLUTION: A vertical type ventilator 1 installed on a roof 11 of a building is formed by a sound absorption plate 2 made of a porous concrete material in which a reinforcing material 3 is embedded and a sound absorption plate 2a for a bottom surface and a sound absorption plate 2b for an outer wall constitute a box-shaped body. Sound absorption plates 2c for an air flow passage are mounted in the inside of the ventilator 1 in an inclined manner. The sound absorption plates 2a, 2b are assembled into a sheet of sound absorption plate 2 using L-shaped steel members, 4 and the sound absorption plates 1c are mounted by a mounting steel members 5 such that two sound absorption plates 1c intersect each other thus forming an air flow passage 6. Between the sound absorption plates 2a, 2b, a gap is defined by a longitudinal member 7 so as to form an air inlet 8, a dome is mounted on a ceiling portion of the ventilator 1, and an air outlet is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a quake by fitting an ALC panel to a building frame so as to be locked, and clamping the viscous body of a mixture of asphalt and organic polymer between the joint parts of the longer header surface of the ALC panel. SOLUTION: The central part in a vertical width direction of an ALC panel 1 is fitted to a building frame 2 by a mounting bracket 3, and it is formed so that the panel 1 may be locked even if the building shakes. In the joint part of the panel 1, a viscous body 5 is clamped, whose main component is asphalt, and which is mixed with about 20 types of organic polymer. As the clamping method of the viscous body 5, non-adhesive paper is affixed to both the surfaces of the viscous body 5, and is formed into a tape shape. One side surface of the non-adhesive paper is peeled off, and is affixed to the longer header surface 7 of one panel 1, and the longer header surface 7 of the other panel 1 is brought into contact with it. It is thus possible to prevent the building from being broken even if a big earthquake occurs, and improve safety by damping the quake promptly.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching an autoclaved lightweight concrete wall panel to a concrete foundation, which not only produces no projections and the like on a wall surface and has no limitations on design but also is excellent in appearance and reduces costs through the simplification of mounting metal fittings. SOLUTION: In an ALC wall panel 10, a vertical hole 12 of a predetermined height is bored from the end surface of its bottom to the inside of the region of reinforcement 16, and a through hole 14 is bored in such a way as to communicate from the end of the vertical hole 12 and open to the indoor side of the panel, and a mounting steel rod 22 having a smaller diameter than the vertical hole 12 is erected on a concrete foundation 20 via an anchor which is buried in place inside the concrete foundation 20. The ALC wall panel 10 is securely attached to the concrete foundation 20 by fitting the mounting steel rod 22 into the vertical hole 12, packing a filler 30 into the space between the mounting steel rod 22 and the vertical hole 12, and packing a repair material 40 of almost the same color as the ALC wall panel 10 into the opening 15 of the through hole 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce invasion of ALC slurry in an anchor fitting and reduce cost by providing specified height female screw part on one end of the cylinder of the anchor fitting provided with the cylinder inserting and screwing bolts in the inside, buried in an ALC panel and providing a space capable of inserting bolts except for the female screw part. SOLUTION: A cylinder 11 whose both ends are parallel is fixed by a pair of L-shaped plates on an anchor fitting 10, and a female screw part 12 of height of 2-15mm is provided on one end of the cylinder 11. A space 13 having a larger inside diameter than the bottom diameter of the female screw part 12 is made, constituted to insert bolts, and a sponge rubber-made cover 14 is attached to an opening part. If the female screw part is shorter than 2mm, necessary strength of the bolt cannot be obtained, and if it is longer than 15mm, tapping working removing ALC is needed. Thus, even if the inside of the anchor fitting is filled with dust, removing working is not needed and cost can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity control material with humidity control function by granulating light-weight foamed concrete powder composed mainly of to bermorite with water, then carbonating/curing the granule with carbon dioxide gas and drying it as a humidity control material. SOLUTION: The principal component of calcium silicate contained in light- weight foamed concrete represented by ALC is to bermorite. This ALC powder is used as a base material and water is used as a binder to once form a granule with a large specific surface area. The grain diameter of this granule is 2-30mm by sieve classification. Further, the granule is carbonated with carbon dioxide gas and hardened, and then is dried after the completion of the carbonation. The humidity control material thus obtained shows outstanding moisture suction/ release rate and high moisture permeability. In addition, it enables the suction/ release of a large amount of moisture and rapid humidity control reaction. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the generation of ticks and mildews by spreading the humidity control material, for example, under the floor of a building.
