摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent urine from scattering, by setting a preventive tool against scattering urine provided with a plurality of urine-receives mutually stretching to different directions, in a toilet seat. SOLUTION: Two half-split ring-form paper materials with a water absorbing property are formed to shape a bellows as a preventive tool 1 against scattering for a toilet seat. A plurality of trapezoidal faces stretching to mutually different directions between lugs 11 at both ends are used as receives 12 of urine. Before use thereof, it is collapsed. When urinating, the lugs are pulled to separate from each other and the receives are unfolded to shape a half-split ring-form. The preventive tool 1 against scattering is set on the urine receive face of a western stype toilet. On urinating, urine strikes the receives 12 and it is almost absorbed. Scattering is greatly reduced. Since the receives 12 are stretched to mutually different directions, scattered urine collides with each other and the impetus is canceled out. After urinating, it is flushed to discharge the preventive tool 1 together with urine. In this way, the toilet seat and the peripheral part thereof can be kept hygienic.

Then, the first beam 2 is traversed to locate it at a specified position and the materials are unloaded by the chainblock. In this way, even relatively long or large materials can be received and delivered and hence, works can be safely and efficiently done.
