    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp fixing device hardly receiving influence of contamination and capable of being accurately repeatedly arranged by improving the clamp fixing device having a chuck and a clamp pallet releasably fixed to the chuck.
      SOLUTION: In the clamp fixing device provided with the chuck (1) for chucking the clamp pallet (6), a centering member (3) arranged on the chuck (1) performs orientation of the clamp pallet (6) in X and Y directions in cooperation with a centering member (9) arranged on the clamp pallet (6). One centering member is formed by a centering pin (3) engaged with a separate centering member constituted as a centering opening (9). The clamp fixing device is provided with at least three centering openings (9) and the centering pins (3) of the corresponding numbers. Two side surfaces (3a, 3b) tapered in a conical shape of the centering pin (3) are linearly contacted with two side walls (9a, 9b) parallel to each other of the centering opening (9).
