    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the easy adjustment of a goove width and an interval between grooves without dismounting a cutter in response to the groove width of a cutting material by a method wherein a plurality of cutters are arranged in series to the feeding direction of the material and at the same time, the respective cutters are supported movably normal to the feeding direction of the material. SOLUTION: Cutters 9 and 10, the width of each of which is narrower than the groove width of a cutting material 3 to work, are respectively mounted onto sliding tables 11 and 12. Then, by turning knobs 20, the projected positions of the cutters 9 and 10 above the top surface of a table 2 are adjusted so as to fit to the depth of the desired groove. Next, by means of a handle, the cutter 11 is moved to the position to cut the right side of the groove and, at the same time, set to overlap some part of the cutters 9 and 10 with each other when seen from the feeding direction of the cutting material. When the change of the groove width is intended, the positions of the cutters 9 and 10 are shifted with handles 15 and 16. Further, also when the interval between grooves is set, the positions of the cutters 9 and 10 are set with the handles 15 and 16.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a separating device for a layered tray wherein adhesion of the separating device to a bottom surface of the tray is increased to improve sucking force and to eliminate inferior separating the tray regardless of an environment of use at a high/low temperature, in the separating device for the tray of sucking the layered tray separated sheet by sheet. CONSTITUTION: An elastic unit 6, extended in a plate shape in a peripheral direction to secure an internal periphery to a separating device 5, is provided in an upper surface of the separating device 5 provided downward a tray loading part 3. By providing a reverse surface side shape of the elastic unit 6 to form a rib from the internal periphery toward the external peripheral direction, regardless of a high/low temperature of use, even when a bottom surface of a tray 2 in the lowermost part is in a recessed/protruded shape, when lifted the separating device 5 having sucking force, adhesion is increased without rolling in the elastic unit 6, and by lowering down the separating device 5, the tray 2 in the lowermost part can be taken out with a single sheet separated.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the operability of fixing a cut material to a vice by regulating a range of right/left turning a moving vice by a turn regulating member, in the case of clamping the cut material to the vice. CONSTITUTION: In the case of angle cutting a cut material 18 at an arbitrary angle relating to a band saw, a fixed bolt 15 is loosened, to horizontally turn a fixed vice 14 as shown by a two-dot chain line with grooves 2a, 2a serving as a guide. A vice surface 14a is aligned to a scale of an angular case 16 so as to obtain a cut angle, and the fixed vice 14 is fixed by the fixed bolt 15. The cut material 18 is placed between a moving vice 12 and the fixed vice 14. Next, a knob 13 is turned, to move the moving vice 12 to a side of the cut material 18 through a vice screw 10 and a pin shaft 11, and the vice surface is brought into contact with the cut material 18. Here by an L-shaped pin 17, the moving vice 12 is regulated in a position from a right angle position to a left 45 deg. position always relating to the band saw, to surely come into contact with the cut material 18.

CONSTITUTION: A driving current of a cutter motor 9 is detected by a detector 15, which is converted into a voltage signal by a conversion circuit 16, size comparison of which with a voltage value corresponding to an overload current pre-established by a comparator circuit 17 is performed, when it is revealed that the value exceeds the set value (if it is overload), a signal is applied to a timer 18 and when a time is longer than a set time of the timer 18, a signal is applied to an OR gate. As for a router motor 14, it has a similar circuit and a signal is applied to the OR gate. Either side of the above-mentioned signals is applied to the OR gate 23, a change-over contact point 31 is changed over and material feed is reduced to a low speed operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a fastening force of a vice according to materials steplessly by providing a pin which is locked at an arbitrary position in the axial direction of a vice screw in a base and by providing a projecting part which is in contact with the pin, when a spring becomes a prescribed length, to the outer circumference of the vice screw. SOLUTION: When a fastening force of a moving vice 10 is adjusted according to materials, a screw 15 for fixing a pin 14 is loosened and the distance between the pin 14 and a projecting part, 11a provided in the outer circumference of a vice screw 11 is changed by taking-in/out of the pin 14. Namely, the length L3 of the spring 13, when the pin 14 is brought in contact with the projecting part, 11a provided in the vice crew 11, is changed so that the fastening force of the moving vice 10 is adjusted steplessly. When the length L3 of the spring 13 is large (the pressing force of the spring 13 becomes weak), the fastening force becomes small, and when the L3 is small (the pressing force of the spring 13 becomes strong), the fastening force of the moving vice 10 becomes large.
