    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the lifting/lowering of wide building material even in a narrow space, and reduce a heavy load to be applied to a worker by providing an auxiliary frame, which can be freely turned right and left so as to be opened and closed, in one end of a load receiving frame, and providing a means for locking the auxiliary means at the predetermined angle. SOLUTION: Engaging parts 12a formed in upper and lower of a right end of an auxiliary frame 12, which is formed smaller by one size than a load receiving frame 8, are engaged with a right side of the load receiving frame 8 by rotary supporting pins 11 so as to be horizontally turned around the rotary supporting pins 11. In the case where one end of a stay 13 is fixed to a connecting member 8b, which is provided at an intermediate part of the load receiving frame 8, by a fixing pin 14 and the other end of the stay 13 is locked with a lock hole, which is formed in an intermediate part 12b of the auxiliary frame 12, the auxiliary frame 12 is positioned at the predetermined angle against the load receiving frame 8. With this structure, a narrow space can be utilized for lifting and lowering a wide material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a fastening force of a vice according to materials steplessly by providing a pin which is locked at an arbitrary position in the axial direction of a vice screw in a base and by providing a projecting part which is in contact with the pin, when a spring becomes a prescribed length, to the outer circumference of the vice screw. SOLUTION: When a fastening force of a moving vice 10 is adjusted according to materials, a screw 15 for fixing a pin 14 is loosened and the distance between the pin 14 and a projecting part, 11a provided in the outer circumference of a vice screw 11 is changed by taking-in/out of the pin 14. Namely, the length L3 of the spring 13, when the pin 14 is brought in contact with the projecting part, 11a provided in the vice crew 11, is changed so that the fastening force of the moving vice 10 is adjusted steplessly. When the length L3 of the spring 13 is large (the pressing force of the spring 13 becomes weak), the fastening force becomes small, and when the L3 is small (the pressing force of the spring 13 becomes strong), the fastening force of the moving vice 10 becomes large.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate a drilling work for a hole or a tapped hole by making illumination remove the shadow of a drilling tool in a drilling machine having an illuminating device. CONSTITUTION: Illuminating devices 8, 9 which can be turned at all angles in every direction are provided on both the sides of a head 5, and positioned right and left to the central axis of a drilling tool 6 attached to the head 5. By fitting the central axes 8a, 9a of light projected from the right and left illuminating devices 8, 9 to a punched hole 4a provided on a material 4, each light from the illuminating devices 8, 9 mutually extinguishes the shadow of the drilling tool 6, and always brightly illuminates the periphery of the punched hole 4a. In addition, in the case where the position of the material 4 varies, the angles of the central axes 8a, 9a of the light projected from each of the right and left illuminating devices 8, 9 are varied to fit the central axes 8a, 9a of the light to the punched hole 4a.
