摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a lumber processing machine which can prevent a motor from being damaged by a fire by overload without locking the motor and avoid a hazard in handling a processing edged tool at the time of locking the motor in the middle of cutting and prevents a loss in a commodity value of a work from being generated in either single operation or compound operation of the processing edged tool in the lumber processing machine having a plurality of the processing edged tools. CONSTITUTION: A driving current of a cutter motor 9 is detected by a detector 15, which is converted into a voltage signal by a conversion circuit 16, size comparison of which with a voltage value corresponding to an overload current pre-established by a comparator circuit 17 is performed, when it is revealed that the value exceeds the set value (if it is overload), a signal is applied to a timer 18 and when a time is longer than a set time of the timer 18, a signal is applied to an OR gate. As for a router motor 14, it has a similar circuit and a signal is applied to the OR gate. Either side of the above-mentioned signals is applied to the OR gate 23, a change-over contact point 31 is changed over and material feed is reduced to a low speed operation.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stop a meat box at a prescribed position in a range from a low speed to high speed of the reciprocating speed of the meat box by receiving a signal from a meat box position detector and an output frequency adjustment means of a power supply frequency converting means, and by adjusting a brake force for decelerating and stopping the meat box motor in a variable range of the reciprocating speed. SOLUTION: When a detector 11 detects the reach of a meat box 3 right before a stop position and outputs a pulse signal in being turned off an operation switch 12, a meat box motor 7 and a round edge motor 8 are stopped at a decelerating and stopping time set in an inverter beforehand. When a meat chunk 10 is sliced, a power supply of set frequency from the inverter to the meat box motor 7 is outputted so as to adjust the reciprocating speed of the meat box 3 in a range of the low speed 30 times/min.-the high speed 60 times/min. The inverter gradually reduces the frequency feeding to the meat box motor 7 so as to stop it in a set time (the decelerating time) so that the force in braking can be reduced compared with the conventional one to reduce the amount of deviation of the stop position right before the meat box.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a loss of a commodity value of a material to be worked by a method wherein even in a state where a pulse signal from an encoder can not be obtained in a control circuit, and inversion control becomes impossible, the material to be worked is prevented from slipping out to an opposite side to drop. SOLUTION: A pulse signal from an encoder is counted with a counter circuit. When the pulse signal is regularly counted, the signal is outputted to a relay coil. Though a timer contact 19b is open in order to close a relay contact 20a, driving of a reversible motor 3 is continued. Since inversion control can not be continued when the pulse signal is not counted, in order to open the timer contact 19b while the relay contact 20a is open as it is, the reversible motor 3 is stopped to be driven, and its stop is informed of with a lamp 22.
