    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the unevenness of wind and in selection, and improve the selection effect by arranging a punched porous plate for dispersing wind evenly between a windmill and a selecting net and locating a weather vane plate for blasting the wind evenly between the punched porous plate and the selecting net. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 15 is driven, a windmill shaft 6 and a driving shaft 8 are revolved through a belt 17, and the windmill 3 is rotated to blow up the wind and a shaking frame 12 is shaken. Waste rice grains, therefore, are elevated in a feed device 31, flowed down on a selecting plate of a feed gutter 32 and fed out from a feed opening 33 onto a selecting net 18. The waste rice grains are blown, floated up and down to the shaking-down side of the selecting net 18 and discharged from the discharge side 20. On the other hand, unpolished rice grains are moved to the shaking-up side and discharged. In that case, a punched porous plate 43 is placed between the windmill 3 and the selecting net 18, by which the wind is blasted after accumulation to disperse grains evenly. Also a weather vane plate 44 is placed between the punched porous plate 43 and the selecting net 18 to blow up the wind evenly.

    • PURPOSE:To select accurately and quickly articles of different weight by installing a suction pipe communicating with a suction pump on the upstream side of a wind channel pipe with a feed section of the article and forming a removal opening for parts dropping without being sucked to the lower end side of the wind channel pipe. CONSTITUTION:When a suction pump 3 is operated, wind is blasted in a wind channel pipe 2 at the given speed from below upward to generate a suction flow flowing from below upward. Out of water capsules fed successively from a feed section 1 into the wind channel pipe 2, the capsules lighter than the suction force are drawn from the upstream side of the wind channel pipe 2 into a suction pipe 4 and stored in a storage chamber 6. At that time, the operation of the suction pump 3 is adjusted in compliance with the output of a suction sensing means 5. On the other hand, capsules heavier than the suction force are not sucked and dropped through inside the wind channel pipe 2 by gravity and taken out of removal openings 7. The remaining time of water capsules in the wind channel pipe 2 is extended by blowing from below upward by a blower 8 to drop heavy capsules only in a more secured manner.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an equipment for smoothly removing chips of stone from grain. CONSTITUTION:A removing equipment for chips of stone from grain is equipped with a sorting frame 10 which has numberless air injected holes 16 and projections 17, a takeout port 37 of grain and a connection port 48, a blowing device 8 and a storage chamber 49 of chips of stone connected to the connection port 48. The base of this storage chamber is formed of a controlling base face 20 having many air injecting ports 45. A falling port 24 of chips of stone is formed to the tip of the controlling base face. An auxiliary windmill 29 different from the blowing device 8 is provided to the lower part of the controlling base face 20. A changeover valve 31 is provided to a blowout port 34. While grain is supplied and operation of removing chips of stone is performed, the changeover valve supplys all parts of wind sent from the auxiliary windmill toward the air injecting ports 45 of the controlling base face 20. When the supplied grain is absent, one part of wind sent from the auxiliary windmill is blown to both the falling port 24 of chips of stone and the opening part side of the front end of a return pipe 36. Furthermore after a specified time lapses, all parts of wind sent from the auxiliary windmill are blown to both this falling port and this opening part side of the front end of the return pipe. Thereby the change-over valve is freely changed over so that the residual grain falling from the falling port of chips of stone is returned to the takeout port of grain by the return pipe.
