    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for a vehicle which exerts the working fluids' warm-up function and cooling function simultaneously in response to a temperature change of incoming working fluids caused by a traveling state of a vehicle and an initial start condition, when different working fluids exchange heat to adjust temperature inside the heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger for a vehicle includes a heat dissipating part which is made by laminating plates, has inner first and second connection channels into which different working fluids flow, respectively, and allows the working fluids flowing through the first and second connection channels to exchange heat with each other, a bypass part which connects inflow holes and outflow holes to each other, and in which they are formed on the heat dissipating part such that they are connected to the first and second connection channels, and selectively bypasses the incoming working fluid, and a valve part which selectively opens and closes using a force of deformation of a bimetal that deforms in correspondence to the temperature of the working fluid flowing in the interior and causes the working fluid to flow into the heat dissipating part and the bypass part.
