CONSTITUTION:The plastic product is coated with a resin film contg. metal oxide particulates and thereafter, a dissolving soln. capable of dissolving these particulates is brought into contact with this film, by which at least the surface layer of the film is changed to the layer of the resin having the fine holes formed after the particulates in the layer are dissolved away. A film of an organo-polysiloxane contg. the metal oxide particulates is preferable as the resin film contg. the metal oxide particulates with which the surface of the article is coated. The particulates are preferably colloidal silica, the dissolving soln are hydrofluoric acid and the resin are a silicone resin.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow whether an interference exposing processing or a development processing is made or not to be exactly and quickly checked by using a spectroscopic measuring instrument which radiates recorded interference fringes with non-monochromatic light and uses a detecting element to make instantaneous spectroscopic measurement of the translucent or diffracted light thereof. CONSTITUTION:The white light of a halogen lamp 9 is introduced as measuring light to an optical fiber 10 and is made into collimated beams of light by a lens 11. A hologram recording material 8 is irradiated with such collimated beams of light through a shutter 12 and an ND filter 13 at an incident angle theta2 different from theta1. The diffracted light in a positive reflection direction passes through a light receiving unit (lens) 14 and an optical fiber 15 and the photometry is performed by an instantaneous multiphotometric system 16. The data is recorded in a computer 17. A shutter 2 is opened and the hologram recording material 8 is irradiated with the laser beam. A shutter 12 is opened simultaneously therewith and the hologram recording material 8 is irradiated with the photometric light. The diffracted light spectra are recorded and whether the desired optical characteristics are obtd. or not are judged.

The result is better as the compatibility of these compds. is poorer to some extent. The light control plate is produced by curing such resin compsn. The selective scattering by the angle of the transparent member is thereby realized.
