    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress exhaustion state of a battery which is a power supply to the utmost, while ensuring necessary sensitivity in a flowmeter using a flow sensor to measure the flow rate of gas. SOLUTION: In the flowmeter equipped with the flow sensor 3, generating the electromotive force of voltage corresponding to the power consumed by the heater 34, arranged in a fluid flow channel 17 and the flow velocity of a fluid in thermopiles 32, 33, a power supply means A for intermittently supplying power to the heater 34 and a flow velocity measuring means 13A for measuring the flow velocity of the fluid, on the basis of power supplied at each time when power is supplied to the heater 34 and the voltage generated in the thermopiles 32, 33 and operated by a battery which is a power supply to measure the flow rate of the fluid based on the flow velocity measured by the flow velocity measuring means 13A, the power supply means A supplies prescribed power to the heater 34, when the flow velocity measuring means 13 measures flow velocity exceeding prescribed flow velocity V0 and supplies power of less than the prescribed power to the heater 34, when the flow velocity measuring means 13A measures flow velocity below the prescribed flow velocity V0.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reclamation and repairing of an existing pipe by which resin-lining ranging over whole length of the pipe and extending to an aiming position can be certainly executed. SOLUTION: As a preparatory process of a first process (a resin transportation process), a resin transportation pig 5, a liquid absorbent 6 and a liquid insulating pig 7 are introduced in a pipe from an opening 31 of a supplying pipe and then required amount of a liquid stream is poured in the pipe to transport the resin transportation pig 5, the liquid absorbent 6 and the liquid insulating pig 7 to a prescribed position in the pipe under pressure. Thereafter, an acoustic wave is emitted from the opening 31 of the supplying pipe to the liquid stream in the pipe and the distance from the opening 31 of the supplying pipe to the liquid insulating pig 7 is measured by receiving a reflected wave from the liquid insulating pig 7. Measured result is compared with an arrival destined distance of the liquid insulating pig 7 in the pipe. When an actual position of the liquid insulating pig 7 is judged to be not reached to the destined position, the amount of the liquid is adjusted so that the liquid insulating pig 7 can reach to the arrival destined position, then the liquid V remaining in the pipe is discharged to the outside of the pipe, total amount of a resin plug and the liquid stream is made to be equal to amount of the liquid V and the process is executed at the first processing time.
