When this set temperature T1 is detected by a thermistor 67 and is input to S1 of a microcomputer 36 as a differential signal between the set temperature T1 and the set value of a temperature setter 68, the quantity of combustion is adjusted and is controlled so that the room temperature becomes T1. On the other hand, the passing time is counted by a counter provided in the RAM of the microcomputer 36 from the time t1, and the ROM of the microcomputer 36 is programmed so that the room temperature T proportionally lowers to a second set temperature T2 which is lower by a predetermined temperature at a time t2 which is after a room temperature setting change time. After the room temperature setting change time, the room temperature is lowered by a predetermined value. The change of the set temperature made by the set temperature change means is practiced by one cycle.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized, inexpensive pressure detecting device by providing a pressure detection electrode fixed to a diaphragm and a counter electrode made of metallic foil of a printed board, and detecting a signal generated owing to the displacement of both electrodes and measuring pressure. CONSTITUTION:A pressure detecting device provided in a small-sized instrument 1 consists of the pressure detection electrode 6 fixed to the diaphragm 4, counter electrode 8 composed of part of the metallic foil pattern of the printed board 7, and pressure detecting circuit 9 composed of an oscillation circuit, frequency discriminator, etc. Then when the gas pressure of the gas atmosphere 2 in the instrument 1 varies, the diaphragm 4 is displaced and the pressure detection electrode 6 and counter electrode 8 shift in relative position to cause variation in the electrostatic capacity value between both electrodes 6 and 8, so the variation value of the frequency of the pressure detecting circuit 9 is detected to measure the pressure. Thus, the small-sized, compact, and inexpensive pressure detecting device is obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the power consumption of a battery volage detecting circuit by an easy method by providing a main control part composed of a microcomputer with a stand-by mode in which an output for driving the battery voltage detecting circuit is sent out when a start signal from a telephone circuit is detected.
      CONSTITUTION: The main control part 17 is composed of the microcomputer with the stand-by mode. The main control part 17 inputs a flow rate signal from a flow rate signal input circuit 12 to integrate and store the flow rate. When the start signal from a meter inspection center is sent to the main control part 17 through a start signal input circuit 15, the main control part 17 changes from the stand-by mode to a normal processing mode and sends data on an integrated flow rate value to the meter inspection center through a transmission circuit 16. The main control part 17 enters the stand-by mode again after the data transmission. Further, when a signal from a flow rate signal input circuit 12 is inputted, the stand-by mode is reset and the normal processing mode is entered to integrate and store the metered value.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate malfunction of a logical operation processing device even when battery voltage is dropped during electrically energizing an intercepting valve by supplying the logical operation processing device with an electric source through a backup circuit. CONSTITUTION:An interception judging unit 9 is equipped with the backup circuit 10 and the electric source is supplied from a battery 8 to a micro-computer 6 through the backup circuit 10. The backup circuit 10 consists of a series circuit of a resistor 11 and a capacitor 12. In said constitution, the battery voltage drops to a voltage VB2 during conducting the intercepting valve 4 while the electric source voltage VM of the micro- computer 6 drops from the voltage VB1 at a time before conducting the intercepting valve 4. When the voltage VM1 is higher than a micro-computer operable minimum voltage VDMin, the micro-computer can be operated. This condition may be realized easily by selecting the time constant of CR properly. Here, C is the electrostatic capacity of the capacitor 12 and R is the value of resistance of the resistor 11. The malfunction of the micro-computer due to the electric source voltage drop, which can be caused during conducting the intercepting valve, may be prevented by only adding the backup circuit or a CR time constant circuit having such very simple constitution.
