    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article search system and an article search program, allowing to identify the position of an article by only attaching a small-sized RFID, even in an environment in which radio-wave propagation environment is not stable. SOLUTION: A plurality of interrogators 104a to 104i of RFID and a position tag 101, of which the position information is known, are installed in an article position management environment 100; the transmission outputs of interrogating waves from a plurality of interrogators are made to fluctuate, and the detection results for the position tag and an article tag 102, which have been newly detected through the fluctuation portions of the transmission outputs, are accumulated; and the article tag and the position tag which have been detected in duplicate in the detection results are specified.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the prior arts compose an entire apparatus while including peripheral functions other than a film-forming function such as a load lock chamber or a substrate transfer chamber, and consequently that the whole apparatus becomes large, a facility cost increases, maintenance, model change and new model launching take much time, and flexibility to the production quantity is poor. SOLUTION: An apparatus for film-forming treatment has at least two groups of film-forming chambers 1 which can perform film-forming treatment simultaneously for several substrates 2 to be film-formed, wherein components in the film-forming chamber 1 are substantially similarly configured and arranged with respect to the substrates 2 to be film-formed; and further has at least one or more preliminary vacuum chambers 10 provided in an exhaust path leading to an exhaust means 11 for exhausting the air from the film-forming chamber 1. A small apparatus which can complete all processes of import, export, vacuum drawing and film-forming treatment in one unit, is realized by using the above apparatus for film-forming treatment.     • PURPOSE:To reduce the error of a black color production and to decrease the capacity of a color conversion table memory by setting a color space formed along a diagonal axis direction of a space of an input color signal so as to be included by an oblique solid group so as to interpolate an output corresponding to an input color with an output of each apex. CONSTITUTION:A picture element input section 101 separates picture input signal R, G, B into high-order bits RH, GH, BH and lower-order bits RL, GL, BL. A comparator part 103 compares the RL, BL and the BL, GL and an adder part 115 adds the comparison results C1, C2 to the RH, BH and the sum is inputted to a memory address generating part 102, in which addresses in a color conversion table memory 107 are generated. A weight generating part 104 outputs differences RL-GL and BL-GL and the GL. An oblique triangular prism interpolation arithmetic part 110 divides a 3 primary color input space such as RGB or CMY into unit solid areas and sets the input color space entire area to be included by an oblique triangular prism by estimating the oblique triangular prism made of apexes forming an upper bottom and a lower bottom side on each unit solid adjacent each other along the diagonal axis direction of the input space and an output corresponding to an optional input color is interpolated by using an output of each apex of the triangular prism.
