摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal heat-exchanging type distillation column provided with a connecting structure which surely supports a pipe of large weight and attaches a lower end part of the tube to a column bottom tubular side plate. SOLUTION: In the connecting structure of a tube 25 to the column bottom tubular side plate, a first connecting tubular base 22 provided with a contacting face 23 with the column bottom tubular side plate 3b is inserted in a through- hole 21 of the column bottom tubular side plate from an upper surface side so that a lower end part thereof projects out of a lower surface side of the column bottom tubular side plate, a second connecting tubular base 26 is fitted into a lower end part outer peripheral side of the first connecting tubular base 22, the first connecting tubular base 22 and the second connecting tubular base 26 are welded at a lower surface side of the column bottom tubular side plate and further the second connecting tubular bed 26 is welded to the column bottom tubular side plate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal heat-exchanging type distillation column in which heat transfer form a concentrating section side to a recovering section side in a distillation column can be efficiently executed. SOLUTION: In the internal heat-exchanging type distillation column in which one distillation column is constituted by varying operation temperature by making operation pressure different from each other while assigning a tube inside 4 to a high pressure side and a tube outside 5 to a low pressure side and executing heat transfer from the tube inside (the concentrating section) 4 of a higher pressure side to the tube outside (the recovering section) 5 of a lower pressure side, engraved lines (grooves) are formed almost horizontally (in a peripheral direction of a plurality of tubes 25) on a surface (recovering section tubular sidewall) 25a on a region (tube outside) side to be the recovering section 5 of the plurality of tubes 25 separating the concentrating section 4 and the recovering section 5. Further the recovering section is made to be a packed column system. Further the engraved lines (grooves) are formed by a sand blasting method, a sand grinding method or a mechanical processing.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flow down a liquid uniformly from a main pipe and a distribution pipe regardless of fluctuation in the quantity of liquid by making the liquid flow-out port in the main pipe at same level as the liquid flow-out port of the distribution pipe. SOLUTION: The liquid flow-out port in a main pipe 12 (opening 17 of a tubular member 16) is made at same level as the liquid flow-out port (nozzle hole 15) of a distribution pipe 13. When the number and size of the opening 17 and the nozzle hole 15 are determined such that the quantity of liquid flowing out through the opening 17 of the tubular member 16 made at the bottom of the main pipe 12 will be equal to the quantity of liquid flowing out through the nozzle hole 15 of the distribution pipe 13 under some head conditions, an equivalent head can be held at the liquid flow-out port of both pipes 12, 13 even if the flow rate fluctuates during operation of an exchanging tower and the liquid flows out uniformly from both pipes 12, 13. Consequently, a situation where the liquid flowing downward of the main pipe 12 is not balanced with the liquid flowing downward of the distribution pipe 13 due to fluctuation in the flow rate can be avoided.
