    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a product from being affected in terms of color, odor, and the like by recovering the product in which impurities do not remain. SOLUTION: This distillation apparatus has a column main body, an internal partition wall, the first distillation part to which an original liquid adjusted by adding an additional component is fed through a feed nozzle 41, the second distillation part, the third distillation part, a condenser 81 disposed on the column top, the first discharge system which is disposed at the column side for discharging the liquid rich in high-boiling point component, the second discharge system which is disposed at the column bottom for discharging the liquid rich in the additional component as a bottom liquid and an evaporator 82. The boiling point of the additional component is made higher than that of the high- boiling point component. In this case, since the degenerated component to be formed by decomposing the high-boiling point component is accumulated in the vicinity of the column bottom, the degenerated component is not brought into contact with the high-boiling point component in liquid states. Thus, the product is not recovered as it contains the degenerated component or the like as impurities.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a distillation process and to continuously distill a liquid feedstock. SOLUTION: This distillation apparatus comprises: a feed charge still 34; a heater; a combination type distillation tower provided with a tower body a middle part of the inside of which is divided into two chambers by a vertical middle partition plate, a distillate discharge section and a reflux receiving section, each placed at the top of the tower, a bottom liquid discharge section and a steam receiving section, each placed at the bottom of the tower, and a feed nozzle 41 and a supply/discharge nozzle 42, each placed on the side of the tower; and a communication means for selectively communicating a line L11 connected to the feed nozzle 41 with a line L13 connected to the supply/ discharge nozzle 42. Thus, the distillation apparatus can be used as a batch distillation apparatus by feeding a liquid feedstock M to the feed charge still 34, and also, can be used as a continuous distillation apparatus by feeding a liquid feedstock M to the combination type distillation tower through the feed nozzle 41, and further, can be used as a multipurpose continuous distillation apparatus by feeding a liquid feedstock M to the combination type distillation tower through the feed nozzle 41 and supply/discharge nozzle 42.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate side-cut liquid to enhance the purity of bottom product liquid and a recovery yield of distillate by discharging the distillate, the side-cut liquid and the bottom product liquid by respective discharging means after supplying a raw material liquid to a distillation part from a feeding nozzle and at the same time changing the discharging position of the side-cut liquid. SOLUTION: A bonded type distillation column 10 is constituted of many sections 11-19. A column main body has each section 14-16 combination which is divided into plural chambers 14A-16A, 14B-16B by inner partition walls 22 of the section 14-16 combination and has also each section 11-13 and 17-19 combinations to form many distillation parts 25-I7. A feeding nozzle 41 is disposed at a chamber 15a in the section 15 of a central part and many side-cut nozzles 53-55 are disposed in a recovery part AR4 consisting of a chamber 14B in a multistage shape. A steam outlet 43 and a reflux inlet 44 are disposed in the section 11 disposed at the top part of the column main body. Further, a bottom product liquid outlet 45 and a steam inlet 46 are disposed in the section 19 disposed in the bottom part of the column main body.
