    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel in a unitized panel form with a high heat insulating effect, structural rigidity, not too much thickness, no condensation and good ventilation. SOLUTION: A wall panel comprises a structural plywood mainframe 1, the first heat insulating layer member with protrusions formed at preset spaces on one face, the second heat insulating layer member 3 with permeable holes 31, the third plate heat insulating layer member 4 and a panel frame member 5 to hold the first to third heat insulating layer members 2-4 on the structural plywood mainframe 1 in a multilayered manner. Ventilation rooms 23 are partitioned with the protrusions 21 formed on the second heat insulating layer member 3 between the structural plywood mainframe 1 and the second heat insulating layer member 3 and areas for the permeable holes 31 in the second heat insulating layer member 3 held between the first heat insulating layer member 2 and the third heat insulating layer member 4 are formed as air rooms. Recessed grooves 11 made in the end of the structural plywood mainframe 1 to open to the end face allow communication between the ventilation room 23 and the outside of the panel.

    • PURPOSE: To improve heat efficiency and provide a lightweight panel by impregnating a three-dimensional fabric made of glass fiber, etc., with a thermo- hardening resin, forming a waterway in the fabric before hardening of the resin, and circulating hot/cold water through the waterway. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional fabric is impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin, etc., and a waterway walls are formed while the resin remains unhardened, and after hardening, an FRP layer 3 supported by a number of stays is formed. If there is risk of liquid leakage with provision of FRP layer solely, glass fiber cloths 2, 4 are adhered to both surfaces, and a facial layer 1 is affixed to an oversurface. If necessary, a reinforcement layer 5 is attached to an undersurface. A water supply port and drain port are coupled with a part of the waterway bounded by walls, and hot or cold water is circulated through a hollow panel so that warming/cooling is conducted. Thereby the whole panel construction is allowed to serve as a heat conducting surface to lead to improvement of heat efficiency and embodiment of a lightweight construction.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate underfloor wiring, etc., by providing first and second holes in a box body in advence, passing through a cylindrical pin capable of fitting to the first and second holes, and filling the inside of the box body with filler to form a through-hole. CONSTITUTION: First and second face members 11 and 13 are formed in a steel plate material in advance by punching work, etc., and the first face member 11 is connected to the second face member 13 through a joint section 12 to form a box body 14. First and second holes 21 and 22 are bored in the first and second face members 11 and 13 with drill, etc., so that they are opposed to each other, and a fittable pin 23 is made to pass through the box body 14. Then, the inside of the box body 14 is filled with filler 15 from a pouring inlet 11B, and after the filler 15 is solidified, the pin 23 is pulled out from the first and second holes 21 and 22, and penetration ports 20 for making a plug socket and a ventilation hole are formed in the floor surface of double floor construction. Accordingly, working environment can be improved without scattering dust of the solidified filler.

    • PURPOSE: To keep a space surrounded by partitions in a deodorized state and reduce offensive smell by applying a specific deodorant paint to a melamine or polyester resin decorative laminate and forming a deodorant coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A wooden partition panel is formed by pasting a woody plywood 4 to both surfaces of a paper core 3, and pasting a melamine or polyester resin decorative laminate 5 on which a deodorant coating layer 6 is formed by applying a deodorant paint to the top side of the plywood 4. A deodorant paint forming the deodorant coating layer 6 is formed by a composition where about 15wt.% urethane resin which becomes the base of the paint and is wear-resistant, weather resistant, and chemical resistant; about 0.5wt.% silicon oxide which acts as a flatting agent paint; about 29.5w.%, vegetable oil-derived deodorant; and about 55wt.%. water which acts as a solvent for all components, are mixed. The deodorant coating layer 6 is formed by spraying a deodorant paint and drying it naturally at room temperature.
