摘要： PURPOSE:To form a thin resin layer uniformly on the surface of frit powder by rinsing the frit powder, adding an aq. soln. of specific resins thereto under stirring, allowing the soln. to stand and settling the frit powder adsorbing the resin. CONSTITUTION:Water is added to frit powder under stirring and the mixture is allowed to stand to settle the powder. The supernatant liquid is discharged and the frit powder is rinsed. An aq. soln. of resins of >=1 kind among carboxymethylcellulose, sodium alginate, methylcellulose and hydroxyethylcellulose is added thereto under stirring. The soln. is allowed to stand to settle the frit powder adsorbing the resins, and the supernatant liquid is discharged. Since the uniform and thin resin layer is formed on the frit powder obtained in the above- mentioned way, no foaming arises in the stage of glazing for enamel.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a carbon film of good adhsiveness by applying voltage between the object to be plated and electrode in colloidal liquid of carbon, graphite and their mixture or the mixed liquids of these and electrodeposition paint. CONSTITUTION:Carbon and graphite having conductivity are mixed in a ball mill, and a surfactant, a binder and water are added to these, whereby colloidal carbon liquid is prepd. A carbon electrode and an object to be plated which is a conductor are put into this liquid, and when DC voltage is applied between both, the film of carbon graphite can be formed on the negative side. At this time, if the entire surface of the object to be plated is a conductor, and if it is desired to apply the film over the entire part or part thereof, or if the conductor part is partial and it is desired to apply the film on that part, the electrically stuck carbon film has better adhesion that to the part where no charge is applied. Hence, the colloidal carbon liquid of the unnecessary parts is removed by the later rinsing.
