      SOLUTION: The mold for pre-cure tread molding includes at least a body mold 7 for molding a pre-cure tread 5 pasted on the pasting face 3A in a stand tire 3. The mold 7 has a plurality of bar-shaped segments 7A, 7B divided into a mold width direction corresponding to the tread width direction of the stand tire 3, and also, can adjust the dimensions in the tread width direction of the pre-cure tread 5 corresponding to the tread width direction of the stand tire 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization envelope that can reduce working man-hours in putting the vulcanization envelope on a base tire with a tread.
      SOLUTION: The annular vulcanization envelope 9 having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the base tire 1 with the tread formed by disposing a vulcanized precured tread 7 at a crown part 3a of a base tire 3 through an unvulcanized cushion rubber 5, can cover at least the whole outer surface of the precured tread 7. The vulcanization envelope 9 is mounted to the outer surface of the base tire 1 with the tread, and air in a space S1 partitioned by the vulcanization envelope 9 and the base tire 1 with the tread is sucked through an exhaust hole 11 disposed in the vulcanization envelope 9. In the reduced state of pressure in the space S1, the diameter is reduced to press the precured tread 7 to the base tire 3. A sheet-like fiber body 15 surrounding the exhaust hole 11 is provided on the inner surface of the vulcanization envelope 9.

Thereby the precure tread 10 can be certainly stuck by pressing along a shape of the stand tire 12 to prevent occurrence of float between the cushion rubber sheet 14 and the precure tread 10.
