    • PURPOSE: To execute molding of baking materials, such as confectionery and ceramics simultaneously with baking by applying a baking raw material on a shape memory alloy previously memorized to attain a molded shape in an austenite state and subjecting the material to baking and further cooling. CONSTITUTION: The shape memory alloy 1, such as TiNi, having the transformation temp. lower than the baking temp. of the material, such as dough 2 of cookies, to be molded and the aging temp. higher than the baking temp. is prepd. The shape memory alloy 1 is so deformed in the shape as to attain the shape to allow the easy application of the baking raw material in the martensite state below the transformation temp. and is subjected to shape memory so as to have the molding shape in the austenite state above the transformation temp. The baking raw material, such as the dough 2 of cookies, is applied at the transformation temp. or below on such shape memory alloy 1 and is baked and is further cooled, by which the molding having the beautiful shape is obtd. simultaneously with the baking.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the defects such as the breakage, etc., of a formed object from occurring due to the generation of decompossed gas or the fracture of the formed object due to ununiform pressure by a method in which after a metallic pipe has been filled with the ceramic powder containing an organic adhesive with a core, it is drawn and worked at a specified drawing ratio. CONSTITUTION:A linear core is arranged in a metallic pipe in its longitudinal direction, and the space between the pipe and the core is filled with the ceramic raw material powder which is preliminarily pelletized by using organic adhesive of at most 8%. The metallic pipe filled with said raw material is drawn and worked at the drawing ratio of at least 20% and at most 90%. Next, after the outer metallic pipe has been removed, the organic adhesive and the linear core are removed by heating, whereby a sintered ceramic pipe is obtained. The material of the linear core is preferably such one which may be taken out easily due to its perfect thermal decomposition or the dehydration shrincage at the temperature in heating before sintering. Consequently the ceramic powder in the metallic pipe may be formed continuously and uniformly, and the ratio of the dimension in longitudinal direction to the dimension in cross direction of the long pipe may be arbitrarily set.
