SOLUTION: A clamp ring (62) is screwed onto the proximal end portion (16) of the tap body (10) and is firmly fastened toward a neck portion of the container around the neck opening when predetermined torque is applied. This makes the clamp ring protect the threads (16-1) so that stability and fastening force of thread connection between the proximal end portion and the container neck are maintained even when strong impact is applied to the tap body. 摘要： Integral blocks, chemical delivery systems and methods for delivering an ultrapure chemical to a point of use or to another integral block are provided. More particularly, the integral blocks include a recharge container block, a pressurization gas block, a purge gas block, a waste recovery block, a vacuum block, a solvent supply block, a degas block, a control block, and a filtration block. Various integral blocks may be selected to form a chemical delivery system, which is particularly suited for a given application. A chemical delivery system will typically comprise a chemical container block, a chemical delivery block, and a point of use in line with the chemical container block and chemical delivery block, as well as one or more integral blocks. The invention also relates to a method for delivering an ultrapure chemical from a chemical container to a point of use, by connecting a chemical container block, containing an ultrapure chemical, to a chemical delivery block and introducing the ultrapure chemical to a point of use. The methods may also include the use of one or more integral blocks. The chemical delivery systems and methods of the invention may be used in a variety of applications. In particular, the invention may be used in electronics fabrication, optical fiber manufacture or semiconductor manufacture.

SOLUTION: This storage device has a cylinder, a storage tank supplied with liquid nitrogen from the cylinder, a stirling refrigeration machine, and a condensing chamber provided outside the storage tank. A gas phase part of the condensing chamber and a gas phase part of the storage tank are connected, a liquid phase part of the condensing chamber and a liquid phase part of the storage tank are connected, and a cooling part of the stirling refrigeration machine is disposed in the condensing chamber. Thereby, because nitrogen evaporated in the storage tank is cooled in the cooling part of the stirling refrigeration machine and is liquefied in the condensing chamber, the liquefied nitrogen can be reused for the cooling of the storage tank. Because the storage tank can be cooled by the liquid nitrogen when maintaining the stirling refrigeration machine, a sample inside the storage tank can be always cooled to the temperature not more than the prescribed temperature.

摘要： A sealing valve either blocks or releases the gas held under pressure in a gas cylinder, for example. When the sealing valve is opened, the flow path is opened and a pressure impact travels to the equipment connected downstream of the valve and can cause damage thereto. The attenuator valve of the invention is disposed in the pressure-gas conduit between the pressure-gas source and the sealing valve and prevents this kind of an impact from occurring. Since the attenuator valve of the invention is controlled exclusively by pressure, it can be mounted at any location in the pressure-gas conduit. The attenuator valve of the invention includes a housing and a valve body mounted in the housing which shuts off the pressure-gas conduit with the aid of a closure cone which is held in sealing contact to a conical valve recess by means of a spring. The pressurized gas in the cylinder is present above the valve body via an alternate path. When the pressure of the gas beneath the valve body drops, this pressurized gas above the valve body causes the same to be lifted from its conical valve recess against the force of the spring thereby causing a slowed flow of gas which is free of impact to pass through the sealing valve to the equipment.

Further there are provided in the vessel 1 an air filler pipe 2 from an air compressor air supply pipe 3, feeding compressed air to air equipments, and a safety valve 4. The lock valve 8 is operated by pressure from the pipe 9 in such a manner that it is in an open state when pressure in the vessel 1 is of a normal valve while it is closed when the pressure is abnormally lowered. In this way, a pressure drop in the air vessel 1 can be automatically held to within a specified value.
