    • PURPOSE:To provide a device of a low cost and a small size by executing driving and switching of switching elements by high frequencies and switching elements by low frequencies in parallel thereby obtaining stable square wave currents of desired sizes in the output of a transformer. CONSTITUTION:The DC output of a DC electric power source part consisting of a rectifier 2 and a smoothing circuit 3 is inputted to an inverter device 4. The device 4 consists of a transformer 5 having a neutral point in the primary winding and two windings on the secondary side, transistors (TRs) 6, 7 connected to the primary winding of the transformer and a control circuit 8 which drives and controls the TRs 6, 7. The circuit 8 includes a part of a feedback control section. The secondary voltage of the transformer 5 is half-wave rectified by diodes 9, 10 respectively, and is supplied through an AC-DC switch 11 and a current detector 12 to load 13. The detector 12 detects the output current and transmits the same to the circuit 8, that is, said circuit controls the TRs 6, 7 which are switching elements in such a way that part of the output current is fed back and the output current is made constant.

    • PURPOSE:To perform optimum welding suited to the works by operating the signals detecting the welding voltage and welding current supplied to welding load and set signals and controlling welding voltage, welding current and dropping characteristics. CONSTITUTION:AC is converted to DC in a control output part 2, which supplies welding voltage and welding current to welding load 2'. This welding voltage is detected with a detecting circuit 3 and is divided voltage with resistances R1, R2 and the control signal proportional to the welding voltage of the resistance R2 is inputted via a resistance R3 to an operator 6. On the other hand, the welding current is detected with a detector 5, and is converted to voltage with a converter 6. This voltage is divided voltage with resistances R4, R5, and the control signal proportional to the welding current of the resistance R5 is inputted via the resistance R6 to an operator 10. Further, the set signal is inputted from a setting part 9 via a resistance R8 to the operator 10. In the operator 10, the control signals and the set signals are added and by the outputs thereof, the control rectifier elements in a control output part 2 are controlled of firing via a phase shifter 11, whereby the welding voltage, welding current and drooping characteristics are controlled.

CONSTITUTION:During the period when a timer circuit 60 generates an output ''1'', a semiconductor switching element 56 is conductive, and depending upon whether the DC voltage of an AC-DC converter 50 for signal supplied through this is larger or smaller than reference voltage, an electric discharge time constant is changed over to CR1 or OR2, whereby the voltage formed between output terminals 42 and 43 is controlled to the constant voltage of a value smaller than the max. voltage. During this time, a wire material assumes a spherical shape. During the time when the circuit 60 generates an output ''0'' the element 56 is nonconductive, and the charging time constant of a control circuit 54 is fixed at CR1 and the voltage formed between the output terminals 42 and 43 is controlled to the max. voltage, so that the wire material made into a spherical shape is injected.

    • PURPOSE:To make voltage constant and reduce spatters by comparing and amplifying the detection voltage for arc voltage and a reference signal, supplying pulse signals as a driving signal for a switching circuit and making the width and period of pulse current variable. CONSTITUTION:A 3-phase AC power source 1 is dropped of voltage with a transformer 12, is rectified with a base current supplying and controlling rectifier 13, and is smoothed with a capacitor 14 so that base current is flowed between a wire 8 and base metals 11 via a diode 15. On the other hand, the dropped voltage is rectified with a rectifier 17, is smoothed with a capacitor 18, and is converted to pulse-like voltage with a switching circuit 19, so that pulses are supplied via a reactor 20 to the wire 8. The arc voltage is detected and the detected signal and a reference signal are compared with an amplifier 24, the differential voltage whereof is amplified and the output signal is inputted to a driving device 21. The signal from the device 21 drives the circuit 19, thereby changing the width and period of the pulse current.
