    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated metallic material having excellent conductivity which can be subjected to resistance welding, and is utilizable as an electrostatic prevention material, an electromagnetic wave shielding material or the like.
      SOLUTION: The surface treated metallic material excellent in conductivity is provided with a coating layer containing, as a main component, at least one kind selected from among an organic resin, an inorganic compound or the composite body thereof in at least a part of the surface of the metallic material, wherein microcarbon fibers having an average aspect ratio of ≥3 is incorporated into the coating layer. When carbon nanotubes are used as the microcarbon fibers, in particular, and the content thereof is controlled to 0.01 to 25% in a mass ratio to the whole of the coating layer, highly excellent effect can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint causing no slipping of workers in working and showing excellent snow sliding properties in winter and a painted metal plate painted with the paint.
      SOLUTION: A coating film of a glass transition temperature of 10-50°C containing carbon black powder, silica particulates and fluorocarbon resin particulates in its paint is applied onto the outdoor surface of a metal plate. Based on the solid content, wt.%, the paint has a content of carbon black of 3-60 wt.%, a content of silica powder of an average grain size ≤5 μm of 0.5-5 wt.% and a content of fluorocarbon resin particulates of an average grain size ≤10 μm of 0.05-5 wt.%. The paint gives a glass transition temperature of the coating film after coating of 10-50°C. A metal plate painted with the paint is also provided.
