摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart antistatic performance to a transmissive thermoplastic resin plate without using an antistatic agent so that dirts hardly stick by using the transmissive thermoplastic resin plate with one face or both faces coated with surface layers containing a photo-semiconductor as the transmissive cover of a luminaire. SOLUTION: A transmissive thermoplastic resin plate of 1 to 5 mm thick, for example, an acrylic resin plate is used for the cover of a luminaire. Metal oxide, such as titanium oxide, tin oxide, zinc oxide, iron trioxide, or bismuth trioxide is cited as a photo-semiconductor coating the surface of the resin plate. The surface layer is formed 0.1 to 100 μm thick by applying a mixture of, for example, anatase titanium oxide and silicone resin to one face or both faces of the resin plate and by heat treating. Thereby, the surface resistivity of the transmissive luminaire cover becomes low so as to obtain an excellent antistatic performance, and dirts hardly stick thereto.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coloring of polycarbonate in an extruder due to oxidation deterioration by introducing inert gas into a material inlet of the extruder, and molding the polycarbonate in a sheet state by the extruder while substituting the air in the inlet for the gas. SOLUTION: Polycarbonate pellet is input from a material hopper to an extruder. The polycarbonate is fed into a die installed at an end of the extruder by a screw while heating and melting the polycarbonate in the extruder. The polycarbonate of a melted state extruded in the wide sheet state in the die is regulated in its plate thickness by rolls, surface formed and cooled to be solidified to obtain the polycarbonate sheet. Here, it is extrusion molded while substituting the air in the inlet for inert gas. That is, a tube of the gas is directly introduced into the inlet to diffuse the gas or the tube is introduced into the hopper, and a site from the hopper to the inlet of the extruder is charged with the gas.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid heat deterioration to keep adherence with a surface hardened resin layer for a long time by blending a hydroxyphenyl triazine compound and other two compounds with a polycarbonate base material to be coated to provide the surface hardened resin layer. SOLUTION: 0.1-5wt.% of a hydroxyphenyl triazine compound in a formula I, 0.001-1wt.% of a phenol compound in formulas II, III and a 0.001-1wt.% of phosphorus compound in a formula IV are contained in a polycarbonate base material to be coated with a thickness of 10-100μm to laminate a surface hardened resin layer by the thickness of 1-100μm on the surface. In the formula I, RI indicates a hydrogen or an alkyl group with 1-18 carbons or an alkoxy group with 1-12 carbons or an alkyl group with 2-6 carbons replaced by a halogen or a benzyl group and R2 indicates a hydrogen or a methyl group. In the formulas II, III, R1 and R2 indicate alkyl groups with 1-4 carbons, R3 indicates the alkyl group with 1-30 carbons, n indicates 1-10. In the formula IV, R1 and R2 indicate alkyl groups with 1-4 carbons or hydrogens.
