    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a antistatic performance to a transparent thermoplastic resin plate so that dirts hardly stick thereto without cleaning with antistatic treatment spray by using the transparent thermoplastic resin plate with one face or both faces coated with surface layers containing a photo-semiconductors for a vending machine front face plate. SOLUTION: A transparent thermoplastic resin plate 1 to 5 mm thick, for example, an acrylic resin plate is used for a front face plate. Metal oxide, such as titanium oxide, tin oxide, zinc oxide, iron trioxide, or bismuth trioxide is cited as a photo-semiconductor coating the surface of the resin plate. The surface layer is formed 0.1 to 100 μm thick by applying a mixture of, for example, anatase titanium oxide and silicone resin to one face or both faces of the resin plate and by heat treating. Thereby, the surface resistivity of the front face plate becomes low so as to obtain excellent antistatic performance, and dirts hardly stick thereto.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weatherability of a thermoplastic resin sheet without blending great amount of ultraviolet ray absorbent by constructing one side, or both sides, of the thermoplastic resin sheet of a surface layer containing optical semiconductor. SOLUTION: A surface layer containing optical semiconductor is composed of a thermoplastic resin sheet for ultraviolet ray shielding, which contains anatase type titanium oxide, and silica, or silicone, where at least a part is silanolated. And the thermoplastic resin sheet is the thermoplastic resin sheet for ultraviolet ray shielding composed of acrylic resin sheet, and the thermoplastic resin sheet is the thermoplastic resin sheet for ultraviolet ray shielding composed of polycarbonate resin sheet. The optical semiconductor is composed of metallic oxide such as titanium oxide, zinc oxide, iron trioxide, bismuth trioxide. Titanium oxide is specially preferable for its chemical stability. Titanium oxide includes an anatase type and a rutile type, of which anatase titanium oxide is preferable, because anatase titanium oxide is easily obtained in sol.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weather resistance and thermal stability of a polycarbonate sheet to prevent initial coloring and improve the glossiness of the surface by a method wherein the surface of polycarbonate is coated with a coating layer, consisting of polycarbonate, in which specified amounts of three or four kinds of specified compounds are combined and blended.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate resin laminate simultaneously improved in weather resistance and coloring and transparency of a coating layer. SOLUTION: This laminate is constituted so that a thermoplastic resin, whose thickness is 10-150μm, coats the surface of a polycarbonate resin molding. In this case, the thermoplastic resin is a polycarbonate resin laminate including a specific ultraviolet rays absorbent formed of a hydroxyphenyltriazine based compound and satisfying the thickness of the coating layer thermoplastic resin layer(μm) × the concentration of ultraviolet rays absorbent in the coating layer(wt.%)=20-300. The coating layer thermoplastic resin is a polycarbonate resin or an acrylic resin. Then, the coating layer thermoplastic resin and the base material part polycarbonate resin have a mixed layer biting into each other between the coating layer thermoplastic resin of the laminate and the base material part polycarbonate resin molding. The thickness of the mixed layer is 0.1-2μm and the largest amplitude of a corrugation is 10μm or less per a 5mm of width.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvements in surface hardening and in coloring and deterioration due to ultraviolet exposure concurrently. SOLUTION: A surface hardened plate prepared by laminating a surface hardening layer or a primer layer and then the surface hardening layer sequentially on an ultraviolet absorbent containing polycarbonate resin plate. The surface hardening layer is constituted of organopolysiloxane resin and the ultraviolet absorbent containing polycarbonate resin plate is a laminated plate of polycarbonate resin prepared by covering the surface of a polycarbonate resin plate with a polycarbonate resin layer compounded with an ultraviolet absorbent of 1-20wt.%. Between the ultraviolet absorbent containing polycarbonate resin layer being the covering layer of the laminated plate of polycarbonate resin and the polycarbonate resin plate being a base part, a mixed layer wherein the ultraviolet absorbent containing polycarbonate resin of the covering layer and the polycarbonate resin of the base part bite in each other is formed and the thickness of the mixed layer is made 0.1-2μm, while the maximum amplitude of waviness thereof is made 10μm or below per a width 5mm.
