Thus it is suppressed that flow is separated from the negative surface when air flow amount is low.

Individual blade curves are moved in a peripheral direction along an optional curve to freely alter the plane shape of an impeller. Then the final contour shape and three-dimensional coordinate values of the impeller are outputted to the display device and the output device in a short time.
