      SOLUTION: The microwave heating apparatus is provided with rotatable antennas 38, 39 which discharge microwave from a microwave generating means 32 to a heating chamber and a controlling means 60 to drive and rotate the rotatable antennas and control directions of the rotatable antennas. The rotatable antennas have a portion of strong discharging directionality and the controlling means makes the portion of strong discharging directionality of the rotatable antennas to face to a predetermined point and a local and intensive heating is conducted, and while the partial and intensive heating is conducted, the portion of strong discharging directionality is rocked several times, and as a result, a low temperature portion in the heating chamber can be targeted and heated and an entire and uniformed heating can be achieved with a high precision.
