CONSTITUTION:When the downstream-side pressure P of a control valve changes due to an abrupt change in load, the opening phi1 of the valve is abruptly changed by the 1st opening changing quantity phi11. As a result, the change in the opening phi1 by the 1st opening changing quantity phi11 results in a change in the sign of the differentiated value of the downstream-side pressure P after a delay time T1. Then the opening of the valve is corrected by the 2nd opening changing quantity phi12. As a result, the differentiated value of the downstream-side pressure P of the valve becomes zero due to the change in the opening by the 2nd opening changing quantity phi12 after the delay time T1, leaving the deviation from a target value P0 in the downstream-side pressure P. When the differentiated value becomes zero, the control valve is controlled by proportional integration. As a result, downstream-side pressure of the control valve is brought nearer to the target value P0.

Then the depth H0 of the object 34 from the ground surface is detected from the straight line corresponding to the ground surface 31 and a hyperbola 37 corresponding to the object 34 appearing on the screen. At the time of the depth detection, a previously prepared depth detecting sheet is superimposed upon the picture on the screen and the depth H0 of the object 34 is detected without measuring the specific inductive capacity of the soil in advance.

The rotary circular plate 2 is rotated by means of a rotation drive source 7, and flow is regulated by changing the area of the communicating opening of openings 4, 5. As a result, the area of openings 4, 5 can be freely enlarged by making the length of protruding portions 2a, 3a large, and the flow of fluid is not hindered.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a control valve in which a moving part is not projected from the valve body, in such a control valve as the communicating opening area between a rotating disk and a fixed disk is changed by turning the rotating disk on the fixed disk, by making the rotating disk the armature of a piezoelectric motor. CONSTITUTION:By turning a rotating disk 6 on a fixed disk 5 by driving the stator 7 of a piezoelectric motor, the communicating opening area of openings 5a, 6a between the rotating disk 6 and the fixed disk 5 is changed, so that the flow rate control or open/close control of fluid flowing inside a valve body 1 can be carried out. Being the armature of the piezoelectric motor, the rotating disk 6 is turned so as to be in contact with the ring-shaped stator 7 of the piezoelectric motor provided inside the valve body 1, and therefore unlike a conventional control valve, the moving part of the valve body 1 has no projected part.
