    • PURPOSE:To make a raid in such a microregion as a cell in a living body and to make it possible to detect abnormality by controlling a movement of a movable mechanical element by means of a signal of a sensor recognizing a special cell in vivo. CONSTITUTION:A movable micro-mechanical organization is constituted of a damping element controlling flow of a fluid, a movable micro-mechanical element and a sensor detecting vibration of a cell in a living body and the damping element consists of a fluidic element 100 and a fluid source 101 feeding a fluid therein. On the other hand, in the movable micromechanical element, each rotor 1 is placed at each opening of output pipes 15 and 16 of the fluidic element 100 and fed fluid rotates around a shaft 2 in accordance with a force acting on the blade of the rotor 1 and a slider 102 moves straightly in the forward and backward direction. A sensor 104 detecting a signal of a cell is mounted on an apex of the slider 102. It outputs a signal when it moves in the organism and comes close to an abnormal cell 106 and it is fed back to control the movement.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress a change in ink pressure following the movement of a head, by a method wherein, in an ink jet recorder, an orifice in an orifice plate or fluid feeding element for feeding ink to a head, is formed in a particular shape. CONSTITUTION:Fluid connecting paths 4 and 5 for introducing fluid (printing ink) are provided in both sides of a liquid chamber 11, and orifice plates 6 and 7, having orifices 8 and 9, respectively, are centrally positioned to form a liquid feed layer 10 which forms a fluid feeding element. In said element, the edges at a side where the orifices 8 and 9 contact the liquid feed layer 10 are removed to form them into a conical horn shape (or an index horn shape, a parabolic horn shape). Thus, even in case the element is formed under a condition that the orifices 8 and 9 are displaced in position from each other, a change in liquid pressure on the feed layer 10 to a change in the orifice direction is relieved, and ink is kept at an approximately constant pressure.
