摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a new fluorine-containing aromatic diamine compound, useful as a raw material for polyimides, polyamides, etc., having various high performances and functions in addition to excellent heat resistance and producible in good yield and its new intermediate. CONSTITUTION:The objective fluorine-containing aromatic diamine compound is expressed by formula I {Rf is CnF2n-1 [(n) is 6-12] and contains one double bond; H of the benzene ring can suitably be substituted; two amino groups may respectively be bound to any of the o-, m- and p-positions with respect to the ester bonds}, e.g. bis(4-aminophenyl) 5-(perfluorononenyloxy)isophthalate and the objective fluorine-containing diamine compound which is its intermediate, expressed by formula II (R is monovalent organic group; R is H or R and R are bivalent organic group; two N atoms are bound to any of the o-, m- and p-positions with respect to the ester bonds) and having the protected amino group, e.g. bis(4-benzyloxycarbonylaminophenyl) 5-(perfluorononenyloxy) isophthalate. This compound expressed by formula I is obtained by subjecting the compound expressed by formula II to the deprotecting reaction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a polyimide resin having low water absorption and excellent solvent resistance by reacting a specific acid anhydride with a specific diamine. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyimide resin can be produced by reacting (A) an acid anhydride containing 65-97mol% of an acid dianhydride [e.g. 2,2-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane dianhydride] and 35-3mol% of an acid trianhydride [e.g. 1,1,1-tris(trimellitic methyl)ethane] with (B) a diamine containing 0.5-100mol% of an aromatic diamine having at least one substituent at the ortho position relative to at least one amino group [e.g. 3,3',5,5'- tetramethyl-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl-methane] while controlling the imidation degree of the product. In the above process, at least a part of the acid anhydride or the diamine is a fluorine-containing compound.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title compound under mild conditions, i.e., at normal pressures and at about the reflux temperature by reaction in an organic solvent in the presence of copper or zinc between iododurene and a >=5C perfluoralkyl iodide. CONSTITUTION:The objective compound can be obtained by reaction between (A) iododurene and (B) a >=5C perfluoralkyl iodide (e.g. perfluoroctyl iodide) in an organic solvent such as tetrahydrofuran or dimethylsulfoxide in the presence of copper or zinc under normal pressures at 60 deg.C to the reflux temperature.
