    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device, for which large-scale traffic regulation is made unnecessary and which has excellent washing efficiency and the small discharge of drainage, when a reflecting panel in the tunnel of an expressway or the like is washed. SOLUTION: A slender vessel-shaped hood 10 in which a brush 9 is implanted at a peripheral end is pushed against a reflecting panel 3 on a tunnel interior wall 2 or the like. Nozzles 7 are arrayed in the vertical direction on a manifold 6 in the hood 10, and a high-speed water jet blown out from the nozzles 7 after the inside of the hood 10 is filled with water from the nozzles 7 collides with the reflecting panel 3 as a strong cavitation-jet 8. Accordingly, the dirt (extraneous matter such as soot, tar or the like) of the reflecting panel 3 is washed. Sewage after washing is drained 12 under a vacuum, and sludge is coagulated and removed and reutilized. Sewage leaking from the brush 9 is recovered from a drain pipe 19 and reutilized similarly. When the washing device is manufactured in a car loading type, it works extremely efficiently.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning nozzle of which the outlet opening end is easily positioned. SOLUTION: The cleaning nozzle 1' has a high pressure supply flow passage 3 and high pressure water 2 is supplied to the high pressure water supply flow passage 3 from the upstream side of the nozzle 1'. A throttle part having about 150 deg. throttle angle θ and an ejection port 5 are formed at the downstream side of the high pressure water supply flow passage 3 and after being reduced in pressure and accelerated, the high pressure water 2 is ejected from the ejecting port 5. A circular arc type hollow part 17 of a hemispherical body having a radius R of curvature is formed at the outlet of the ejecting port 5. The radius R of curvature is about 20 times the inside diameter of the ejecting port 5. A cylindrical hollow part 18 having the same diameter with that of the part 17 and a length ls is provided at the down stream side of the circular arc type hollow part 17. Further, a hemispherical outlet expanded part 19 is provided at the tip of the cylindrical hollow part 18 and plural water discharge grooves 20 are engraved radially in the radius direction on the opening end of the outlet expanded part 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a roller mill over a wide range of operating conditions by providing this roller mill with >=2 kinds of dynamic vibration absorbers respectively varying in resonance frequencies as dynamic vibration absorbers. SOLUTION: When dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of A and B alone are used, respective rollers 41 are provided with the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of both A and B at each of these rollers or the rollers 41 are provided with the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of A alone and the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of B alone as well as the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of both of A and B at each of the rollers. When the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of A, B and C are used, the rollers 41 are provided with the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of A and B, the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of B and C and the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of A and C or with the dynamic vibration absorbers 41 at each of the rollers or with the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of A alone, the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of B alone and the dynamic vibration absorbers 42 of C alone at each of the rollers. As a result, the roller mill may be operated stably under a wide range of the operating conditions.
