    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaggregation and filtration system which can improve a selection effect of disaggregation and filtration without hand operation of an operator and recovery efficiency of paper stuff slurry.SOLUTION: A disaggregation and filtration system 1 comprises: a dilution water inlet 6 letting dilution water in through a dilution water duct 7 in a container 10; a rotor 20 attached to a rotation axis 21; and a control device 60 controlling output of a drive motor 25. A dilution water valve 63 which can adjust a flow of the dilution water is provided to the dilution water duct 7, and a drawing valve 62 which can adjust a flow of paper stuff slurry is provided to a slurry outlet duct 5. When it is determined that a foreign matter abnormality state that amounts of foreign matter staying in the container 10 increase is caused, the control device 60 controls to enlarge the opening of the dilution water valve 63 and to reduce the opening of the drawing valve 62. When it is determined that a foreign matter usually state that amounts of the foreign matter is usual is recovered, the control device 60 controls to reduce the opening of the dilution water valve 63 and to enlarge the opening of the drawing valve 62.
