摘要：中間周波数の受信信号を可変利得制御増幅器にて増幅するディジタル復調回路において、増幅後の受信信号をベースバンド信号に変換して同相成分および直交成分に分離する。この同相成分および直交成分に対応するディジタル信号に基づいて第1の利得制御電圧を生成する。一方、周囲温度に応じたパルス幅を有するパルス幅変調信号を平滑して所定の利得およびオフセットを付加し、温度補正値を生成する。この温度補正値を第1の利得制御電圧に加えて、第2の利得制御電圧を生成する。可変利得制御増幅器は、第2の利得制御電圧に応じた利得で受信信号を増幅する。これにより、比較的簡易な回路構成でディジタル復調回路における温度補償機能および自動利得制御機能を実現することができる。
