    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the enlargement of a redundant degree of a bit string by controlling the mark ratio of the bit string, so as to obtain a target mark ratio.
      SOLUTION: An optical transmission device 10 includes an LED 160 for transmitting the bit string for transmission as an optical signal by changing the luminance of visible light to be emitted, based on the inputted bit string for transmission. A scramble data string storage part 148 stores a plurality of scramble data strings with the mutually different mark ratios. Reversible bit calculation is performed with respect to the bit string for transmission through the use of the scramble data string which is selected from the stored scramble data strings. Then the bit string for color control which is obtained by changing the mark ratio of the bit string for transmission is generated, so as to be output to the LED 160.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modulation optical signal generating device utilizing the structure of a multiplying optical modulation device, and a modulation signal generating device utilizing the modulation optical signal generating device and capable of outputting a millimeter wave etc.
      SOLUTION: The modulation optical signal generating device (1) is provided with an optical modulator (2) for modulating the frequency of a light to be outputted by controlling the frequency of a modulation signal; a first optical filter (3) for transmitting a light of a predetermined frequency region among light outputted from the optical modulator, and reflecting the lights of the other frequencies; a second optical filter (4) for transmitting a light of a predetermined frequency region among the light outputted from the optical modulator, and reflecting the lights of the other frequencies. The device (1) controls the frequency of a multiplying optical modulation to be outputted from the second optical filter by controlling the frequency of modulation signal to be inputted to the optical modulator. An FSK modulation signal generating device is provided with the such a modulation optical signal generating device (1).
