    • PURPOSE: To facilitate the special reproduction such as reverse reproduction and reverse slow reproduction by dividing moving image information to be recorded into plural chapters and applying coding and recording to dynamic image information in the forward direction of divided chapters and dynamic image information in the reverse direction edited in advance corresponding to the dynamic image information in the forward direction. CONSTITUTION: In the case of editing an image, the dynamic image information in a VTR tape 1a on which dynamic image information in the forward direction is recorded is divided for each chapter in response to the information content, an image in reverse direction is generated for each chapter, the dynamic images in the reverse direction are collected as required, the dynamic image information in the reverse direction is recorded on a VTR tape 1b together with the dynamic image information in the forward direction recorded on the VTR tape 1a to edit them unifiedly. In this case, after dynamic image information sets C1A, C2A,...CNA in the forward direction are recorded on the VTR tape 1b, dynamic image information sets C1B, C2B,...CNB in the reverse direction are recorded on the VTR tape 1b as required. Then the moving information recorded on the VTR tape 1b is coded by a high efficiency coder 2 to obtain compressed data and a recording device 3 records the data onto an optical disk 4.

    • PURPOSE:To make data tracks high density without using a complex circuit by detecting a servo pattern recorded on a magnetic disk by a means other than a magnetic recording means and executing accurate tracking servo. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic disk 1 has the servo pattern (SP) for tracking servo concentrically or spirally formed by a means other than a magnetic recording means and two collating burst signals V1, V2 magnetically recorded in an area other than a data area A0 so as to be shifted from each other in the diameter direction on the basis of the SP. A magnetic head 4 for recording/ reproducing a data signal is provided with a sensor 2 for detecting the SP at a position separated by a prescribed distance, and when the SP is out from the detecting range, on-track is immediately executed by a tracking control circuit 4 for comparing the levels of the signals V1, V2 and detecting and collating the quantity of off-track, a head actuator driving circuit 11 and a head actuator 8. Thereby, the interval between tracks can be shortened and high density can be attained.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify circuit configuration and to control stably by comparatively calculating FM signal levels during vertical fly-back period and displacing a reproducing heat in tracking direction corresponding to a judging signal according to the relation in magnitude. CONSTITUTION:The output of a video signal circuit 4 is stored in a memory 13 constituted of RAM, etc., extracting vertical fly-back period by a vertical fly- back period extracting circuit 10, holding the peak value by a holding circuit 11 and converting to a digital signal by an A/D converter 12. An arithmetic judging section 14 compares and calculates the level from the memory 13 at every specified time and outputs a judging signal according to the result. Arithmetic and judging action is made at every vertical period, and the head 3 is moved to make the output level of the memory 13 maximum. A radius difference correcting value corresponding to the position of disk 16 of the head 3 in radial direction is set, and the output of the memory 13 is corrected basing on the correcting value, and the malfunction is prevented by minimizing the width of forced displacement of the head 3.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the control error synchronizing with the rotation of a disk in various control of operation in a disk device by a servo mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rotational speed of a disk is varied in accordance with a recording or reproducing position on the disk, thereby recording or reproducing of the disk is performed. And this device is provided with a control error detecting means 5 which detects a control error to be controlled, a servo amplifier 10 which amplifies an output of the control error detecting means 5 including a band amplifying filter 1 capable of externally controlling an amplifying band, and a rotational speed detecting means 6 which detects rotational speed of the disk. And rotational speed is controlled in accordance with an output of the rotational speed detecting means 6 so that the maximum frequency maximum in the amplification degree of the band amplifying filter 1 is made rotational frequency of the disk or an integral multiple thereof. Therefore, a control error caused by the eccentricity of the disk and the wobbling of surface or the like can be reduced even if secondary resonance exists in a servo mechanism.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a format by providing a delay means for delaying an erase gate signal for turning on/off a tonnel erase head from a write gate signal for turning on/off a recording/reproducing head by a time corresponding to respective detected outputs of a detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Respective delay lines 41-4n delay a write gate signal S2 by respective inherent delay times and output erase gate signals S1. The signals S1 are supplied to an AND gate circuit 15 to control the gate of the circuit 15. On the other hand, erase current is supplied from an erasing circuit 16 to the circuit 15 and the erase current is supplied to an E head 2 only for a period that the gate is opened to executed tonnel erasing. Thereby, the erase gate signals S1 obtained by delaying the write gate signal S2 only by the delay time in each cylinder are obtained. Consequently, the efficiency of the format is improved.
