According to the limited oil feeding enable signal from the communication PC, the measurement and control means controls the oil feeding based on the information on an intended feed amount within the range of the balance. When the tensile force F works on the second pipe joint 2 in the direction of an axial line C, the piece 3 to be broken is broken without causing resistance parts R to deform. On the other hand, when the tensile force F works on the second pipe joint 2 in an oblique direction, the piece 3 to be broken is broken and, simultaneously, the resistance parts R are deformed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a fuel oil from being discharged, and assuredly prevent the erroneous detection of an oil type by making the diaphragm displace forcibly in the oil feeding prohibiting direction at the time of sampling. CONSTITUTION:At the time of sampling, a part of the compressed air which is fed from a compressed air source 37 to a negative pressure generating means 26 is fed to an oil feeding nozzle 14. By doing this, a diaphragm 23 is forcibly displaced in the oil feeding prohibiting direction, i.e., to a space 20 side. Therefore, during a sampling, a switch valve 18 of the oil feeding nozzle 14 maintains a closed condition even when a lever 17 is pulled, and the oil feeding is prohibited. Therefore, even when an oil feeding hose 13 is under a swollen condition because of a previous oil feeding or because the oil feeding hose 13 is located at a high position, there is no fear that a fuel oil is discharged from the oil feeding nozzle 14. For this reason, there is no fear that a vaporized gas from the discharged fuel oil is sucked in for the discrimination of an oil type, and the erroneous detection of an oil type can be assuredly prevented from happening.
