摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic press-in jacking method capable of burying a pipeline using jacking method by the pressing-in of pipes without discharge of sediment even in the case of hard ground, and a jacking device for use therein. SOLUTION: The dynamic press-in jacking method includes pressing and jacking a leader 4 having a tip head 12 at its tip into the ground 1 using a pushing device 3 installed in a starting shaft 2, and causing a jacking pipe 5 to follow the leader without discharging sediment. The tip head 12 can be vibrated by a vibration generator mounted in either the leader 4 or the pushing device 3. The tip head 12 is vibrated in the longitudinal direction parallel to jacking direction to impart a predetermined vibration acceleration to the ground 1. The shearing strength of the ground 1 is reduced by the vibration acceleration to fluidize earth grains of the ground 1 near the tip head 12 so that the ground is excavated while resistance at the front face of the tip head 12 is reduced to a maximum. Thus, the method enables the pipes to be pressed in without discharge of sediment up to an N value of about 30.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient propulsion by reducing the consumption of energy by means of a simple arrangement of a hydraulic pressure circuit when a jacking pipe is pushed into the ground by the small actuator of a pushing device. SOLUTION: An apparatus for driving the root pushing device is used in jacking method which propels an end device into the ground via a propulsion pipe. A fluid pressure pump 52 driven by an rpm-controlling drive 51 consisting of an inverter motor 50 is provided in the hydraulic flow passage 34 of a fluid pressure circuit 36 having both the hydraulic flow passage 34 and a return flow passage 35, with the hydraulic flow passage connected to a cylinder 5 via a main selector valve 33. A hydraulic fluid pressure adjusting device 54 is provided between the passages 34 and 35. A control device 57 is provided for controlling the hydraulic fluid to a low-rate-of-flow, high-pressure condition or a high-rate-of-flow, low-pressure condition by imparting propulsion command signals 55a and 55b or no-load command signals 56a and 56b to the drive 51 and the adjusting device 54.

During propulsion a high-pressure hydraulic fluid is supplied from the pump 51 to a cylinder 5 to propel the jacking pipe. During actuation at no load, a low-pressure hydraulic fluid is supplied from both of the pumps 51 and 52 to the cylinder 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for propelling a pipe which can make the sectional area of a starting shaft smaller relatively than that according to conventional techniques. SOLUTION: A pipe propelling machine is equipped with a fore end excavating- propelling machine having a fore end excavating part, a front hull 4 to which this fore end excavating part is so connected as to be rotatable by a direction modifying jack and a rear hull 5 to which the front hull 4 is so connected by pins 2b as to be rotatable freely. In this case, a watertight bulkhead 3 which can prevent penetration of underground water and earth and sand is provided in the rear of the front hull 4, while the rear hull 5 is manufactured separately from the front hull 4, and a plurality of coupling members 11a on one side of couplers 11 are fitted to the watertight bulkhead 3, while a plurality of coupling members 11b on the other side which are coupled with the coupling members 11a respectively are fitted to a bulkhead 13 for the rear hull. Thereby a combined body of the fore end excavating part and the front hull 4 is propelled and started in a preceding manner. Then, the rear hull 5 is provided in a starting shaft and fitted to the front hull 4 with hoses 6 in the front hull 4 and the rear hull 5 coupled by couplers 11, so that the fore end excavating-propelling machine being completed can be propelled.

If the machine is not out of order, factors of the abnormal condition are determined based on the checking of the information in the field against the information in the database, and then determines and indicates a desired control value and a control method, followed by carrying out the mud pressure control, based on the desired control value and the control method. If it is determined as trouble occurrence, or special construction or difficult construction, the excavation propeller machine is remote-controlled by a skilled operator.

A sequence valve 8 is mounted on the inlet side of the direction changeover valve 2 in the hose 4 for supplying pressure oil, and both the direction changeover valve 2 and the sequence valve 8 are arranged into the leader of the pipe jacking machine at that time.
