摘要： PURPOSE:To increase peeling force of scrapers by a simple device and to eliminate dangerous work in the backing device for one-side welding. CONSTITUTION:At the time owf one-side welding of materials to be welded, in the backing device for one-side welding provided with a pushing-up mechanism 14 to push a backing copper plate 2 against the materials to be welded, a carriage 1 movable along the longitudinal direction of the backing copper plate 2 is provided with the scrapers 6 and 7 to remove flux scattered on the backing copper plate 2. In addition, a guide roller 12 and roller receiving rails 13 which suppress floating of the carriage 1 at the time of pressing the backing copper plate 2 against the scrapers 6 and 7 by operating the pushing-up mechanism 14 at the time of flux removing work are provided. A rotary brush 8 in contact with the surface of the backing copper 2 may be provided along with the scrapers 6 and 7.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the welding work of a bent groove by detecting the Zposition of a groove on the extension line of the axis of rotation and at the position away by the prescribed distance and the position in the direction perpendicular thereto. SOLUTION: An X-traveling base RY is traveled in the horizontal X-direction by an X-direction traveling motor. A traveling base 4 is traveled in the Y- direction orthogonal to the X-direction by a Y-traveling motor. A base 2 is supported by the Ydirection traveling base 4 in the elevating/lowering and rotational manner in the perpendicular Z-direction. The base 2 is elevated/ lowered by an elevating/lowering mechanism 12 including an elevating/lowering motor M4. The base 2 is turned by a turning mechanism 10 including a first motor M3. The Z-position of a groove on the extension line of the axis O of revolution by a first detecting means P3 and the position in the direction perpendicular thereto are detected. The Z-position of the groove at the position away from the axis O of revolution by the prescribed and the position perpendicular thereto are detected by a second detecting means P2. Welding torches 30L, 30T are supported by the base 2. The welding productivity of a groove bent in the three-dimension can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To very easily perform position aligning in the case of mounting a cross member without enlarging a width of a perpendicular groove part, by fitting the perpendicular groove part in a lower part of a T-shaped mounting part, formed in a lower side of the cross member, to a mounting part of width narrower than a flange. CONSTITUTION:In each longitudinal member 3, a flange piece 6a in a prescribed section is removed by only a necessary part, and a web 5, corresponding to a part of removing this flange piece 6a, serves as a mounting part 11 of a cross member 4. Next, the cross member 4 is suspended by a wire 12, to position align a perpendicular groove part 8 of a mounting groove 7 to the mounting part 11 of the longitudinal member 3. Then, the cross member 4 is lowered down to fit the mounting part 11 to the perpendicular groove part 8. Successively, the previously removed flange piece 6a is inserted to a horizontal groove part 9 of the mounting groove 7, and by welding the cross member 4 to the mounting part 11, the cross member 4 is mounted on each longitudinal member 3.
