摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rice cooker that can promote the gelatinization of the cooked rice without scorching.SOLUTION: The rice cooker includes: a body 1 that has an aperture at the top side; a lid 10 that opens and closes the body 1; a pot 5 accommodated by the inside of the body 1; a heating coil 3 that heats the pot 5; a temperature detection means that detects the temperature of at least either the pot 5 or the cooked rice; and a control means 8 that perform energization control of the heating coil 3 and executes the rice cooking control. The control means 8 includes as a process of the rice cooking control, a dry-up process to maintain at least one temperature of the pot 5 and the cooked rice at the constant temperature not to scorch the cooked rice. The dry-up process is executed after the boil in the pot 5 is detected, and the control means 8 controls the feeding of the power to the heating coil 3 in the dry-up process based on the temperature information from the temperature detection means.
