CONSTITUTION:The places of the connecting sections 10, 11, 12 of three-phase buses 7, 8, 9 supported to bus vessels 1, 2 by insulating post spacers 6 are displaced relatively in the longitudinal direction of the buses 7, 8, 9. That is, the positions of the connecting sections 10, 11, 12, to which electric fields are easier to concentrate than the buses 7, 8, 9, are displaced relatively in the longitudinal direction, thus relaxing the electric fields among each connecting section 10, 11, 12. A flange section 13 dividing the vessels 1, 2 is mounted within a range that the connecting sections 10, 11, 12 are placed, thus facilitating the visual inspection of the appearance, etc., of the connecting sections 10, 11, 12 from the outside of the flange section 13 at the time of assembly. Accordingly, a distance between a pair of the vessels 1, 2 and an interphase distance are shortened that is, the bus vessels 1, 2 can be miniaturized and shrunk-while assembly can be facilitated.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the breaking performance of a puffer type gas-blast circuit-breaker and also to prevent lowering the insulating performance thereof by forming a gap in an insulating nozzle or the like in contact with a commutating member in such a manner that a downstream portion against an upstream portion on the side of a puffer cylinder may be enlarged. CONSTITUTION:A puffer type gas-blast circuit-breaker has a puffer chamber 3 formed by a puffer cylinder l and a stationary piston 2, and the puffer cylinder 1 is fitted with a mover 4, an insulating nozzle 5 and a cover 6 respectively. The puffer cylinder 1 is provided with also a stator 7 which can make and break contact with the mover 4. The puffer cylinder 1 has plural air supply ports 9 communicating with a flow passage 8 which is formed between the insulating nozzle 5 and the cover 6 arranged on the circumference of a circle being described by the air supply ports. Furthermore, the flow passage 8 is provided with a commutating member 5a which is formed in one united body with the insulating nozzle 5 and is set in a position without the air supply port 9. A gap 5b is formed between the commutating member 5a and the cover 6 in such a manner that a downstream portion against an upstream portion on the side of the puffer cylinder 1 may be enlarged.

    • PURPOSE:To make gas heating with arcs in the normal breaking process by furnishing a storage chamber at the periphery of a puffer chamber, putting the storage chamber in communication with the movable side gas flow path, and boosting in advance the gas pressure at the time of circuitry breaking in this storage chamber by means of feeding the exhaust hot gas on the movable side. CONSTITUTION:The gas in a buffer chamber 6 with the gas pressure boosted by breaking motion is blown to the arc 16 generated between a stationary piece 1 and a moving piece 2. Then the gas stream diverges in two ways, i.e. on the stationary piece 1 side and the gas flow path 8 side, to generate so-called double flow. Gas heating due to the arc 16 is applied to the gas stream (a) on the gas flow path 8 side, and the gas pressure in the storage chamber 7 is going to be boosted. Then the tripping motion is ended, and gas blowing from the buffer chamber does not exist any more. However, the gas pressure in the storage chamber 7 has been boosted in the preceding processes, and now a gas stream (b) is generated from the storage chamber 7 to the stationary piece 1 side. Even though arcs are continued due to multiple lightning, a suffi cient blowing for circuitry breaking will be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To improve gas blowing efficiency and circuit-breaking property by installing current rectifying part, increasing the surface area of a flow passage in the vicinity of the flow passage curving part, and suppressing temperature increase in the vicinity of arc generating part. CONSTITUTION:When a movable contactor 6 is parted from a fixed contactor 5, arc-extinguishing gas in a buffer chamber 3 is compressed and jetted out of a gas supplying inlet 4 formed in a buffer cylinder 1. The arc-extinguishing gas is led to the contactors 5, 6 through a flow passage 3a composed of an insulated nozzle 7, a cover 8 surrounding the contactor 6, and a current rectifying part 8a. A flow passage curving part 7b of the flow passage 3a is also formed on the upper stream side on a sprayed side from a throat part 7a on the inside face of the nozzle 7. A flow passage area increasing part is formed between the curving part 7b and the separated contact parts 5, 6 and the temperature increase in the vicinity of the arc generating part is suppressed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a large current shutting function without degrading a small current shutting function by setting a sucking chamber and a gas space in a lower flow side to be connected directly each other when the gas pressure of the sucking chamber becomes at least a certain value not like an indirect connection such as a non-return valve. CONSTITUTION:A piston 19 moves sequentially with a mover 16 and reciprocally on the same shaft owing to the gas pressure of a sucking chamber 9 and an elastic means, and when the gas pressure of the sucking chamber 9 rises at least a prescribed value, it moves toward circuit-breaking direction and the sucking chamber 9 and a gas space in the lower flow side are connected each other quickly. In the case of large current shutting, SF6 gas in a heating chamber 3 is heated and pressured and high pressure gas in the heating chamber 3 flows to the sucking chamber 9. The gas pressure of the sucking chamber 9 defeats the spring 11 and a floating piston 19 starts to work and moves to the stopper side 14, and the sucking chamber 9 and the gas space in the lower flow side are connected quickly and the gas in the sucking chamber is released. Consequently, gas blowing to an arc is not disturbed at the large circuit shutting time, and sucking and heat puffer-type circuit-breaking with good shutting ability is obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A heat puffer-type circuit-breaking part is composed of a cylinder 12, a mover 3, a nozzle 1, etc., a gas-discharging outlet 6 of a gas discharging route 5 is formed in the side platen of an auxiliary cylinder 14, a switching guide 7 to stop the gas discharging outlet 6 up to the position of shutting operation is installed, and the switching guide 7 moves sequentially with a pressure operating part 8 installed in a heating chamber 4 and normally stops the gas- discharging outlet 6 with a spring 9. That is, two functions of switching the gas-discharging outlet 6 and operation by gas pressure of the heating chamber are separated and thus a double flow-type heat puffer circuit-breaking part with stable outlet opening property is obtained. In this way, a heat puffer-type circuit-breaking part with an excellent large current shutting function can be composed.
