    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fused solder from scattering outside a header. SOLUTION: When a pellet 13 is soldered to a header 11 with a pellet bonding equipment 20, fused solder 36 is applied with a solder wire 31 by a solder coater 30. The header 11 coated with the fused solder 36 is sent to a solder push stretch working part 28. After the fused solder 36 is surrounded by a splash preventing frame 54 of solder push stretch device 40, the fused solder is pushed and stretched to be a thin film type solder 37 by a push spread tool 43. The header is sent to a pellet bonding work part 29, a pellet 13 is pushed in contact with the thin film type solder 37 by the pellet bonding device, and bonded by the solder layer 14. Splash generated when a tool beats a fused solder can be prevented from diffusing outside the header by the splash preventing frame 54, so that the occurrence of secondary faults due to diffusion of splash can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent roll-in of an object by recessing a clearance groove in a ring-shaped gutter at least in one of a pair of rollers and by inserting a roll-in preventing plate from supply side to insertion side at a place inside the clearance groove facing another roller. CONSTITUTION:A lateral portion as a free end portion of a roll-in preventing plate 25 is bent in a circular arc shape having a large curvature, and its tip portion is inserted in a clearance groove 16 recessed in the outer periphery of an upper roller 12 and is located between upper and lower rollers 12 and 13. Even through a head portion of a solder ribbon 1 is warped upward, the roll-in of the head portion is prevented by the roll-in preventing plate 25 and the head portion is guided and introduced by a guide way 23 between the upper and lower guide blocks 21 and 22, so that the introducing work for the head portion of the solder ribbon 1 to the guide way by the head can be omitted. Therefore, the lowering in working efficiency due to the roll-in of the solder ribbon 1 can be prevented.

The WS 2 checks the parts constitution information, and when part shape information is included in a parts shape file 202 connected to itself, retrieves the information by using a shape name and a physical pass name as keys to obtain the parts shape information. When the parts shape information is included in the file of another WS, the WS 2 transmits the shape name and the physical pass name to the WS having the file concerned. The WS receiving the shape name and the physical name retrieves its parts shape file by using the received shape name and physical name as keys and obtains and transmits the parts shape information to the WS 2.

The found intersecting point P0' is stored in an intersecting point storing area 23, the intersecting point P0' is compared with the initial value P0, and when a difference more than a specific value exists, the intersecting point P0' is stored in the area 23 as the succeeding initial value P0 and intersecting line calculating processing is repeated.

    • PURPOSE:To improve productivity and solderability in a lead frame supported in cooperation of leads with an outer frame by so forming burrs formed by pressing at a lead group region as to be directed toward opposite side to a land contact face of the lead. CONSTITUTION:When a multi-lead frame 1 is so arranged that the main face of a film 10 is directed upward, burrs 11 of outer frames 3, 3 are directed upward, and burrs 11 of a lead group region A are directed downward. Since a recess 15 is so submerged at the center of a feeder 14, i.e., at a region opposite to the region A as to escape the burrs 11 protruded downward, the frame 1 is slidably contacted with the surface of the feeder 14 at the frames 3, 3 at both ends. Since the burrs 11 of the frame 3 are directed upward, the burrs 11 are not engaged with the surface of the feeder 14. Accordingly, an accident of improperly bending the leads or stopping a conveyance of a feeder can be avoided in advance.
