Assuming a point separated from the intersection of the outside of the land with the route by the radius of the land as X, and a point separated by the distance doubling the radius of the land as Y, a point A is set as the apex of the subland as it is when the point A exists between X and Y, and Y is set as the apex when the point A is separated from Y, and a contact to the land 9 is found from a found apex, then, a triangular subland is found. Thereby, design is easily performed.
