SOLUTION: The network monitoring system is provided which transmits and receives information, via a plurality of the relay devices 3 from a transmitter 1 to a receiver 2. In the network monitoring system, a monitoring system 20 is provided which monitors the troubles of a transmission channel and relay device 3. Transmission information imparted to the information from the transmitter 1 is reflexed in the receiver 2, and then the relay device 3 compares the transmission information, transmitted from the transmitter 1 and the transmission information reflexed from the receiver 2, with each other. By notifying the comparison result to the monitoring system 20, the abnormalities of the transmission channel are detected at an early stage and can specify the abnormal site. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable packet transfer in the route selection device of the packet exchange communication network where a plurality of routes are in existence from an outgoing station to a call reception station. SOLUTION: A capacity totalizing calculation means 1a provided to an outgoing station 1 calculates a sum of line capacities of a plurality of midway lines being components of a route from the outgoing line 1 to a reception station 4 for each route. Then a 1st selection means 1b selects a route whose capacity is at a maximum among the calculated line capacity sum for each route. When the 1st selection means 1b selects a plurality of routes, a uniformity calculation means 1c calculates respectively the uniformity of each lie capacity of the midway line at each selected route. Then a second selection means 1d selects a route with a maximum uniformity among calculated uniformity degrees and the route is used for a route for packet transfer from the outgoing station 1 to the reception station 4.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain the system suitable for high speed data exchange by the efficient control system. CONSTITUTION: Upon the receipt of a BOM, a destination address DA of an L3-PDU stored in a pay load of the BPM is extracted and tag information is found out from the DA (S11). In this case, an output message identifier MID is reserved (S12) and the tag information and an outgoing mID are given to the BOM (∫13). Furthermore, the tag information and the outgoing MIS are written in a table by using a MID 'incoming MID' as a key when the BOM is received. Upon the receipt of a COM, the tag information and the outgoing MID are extracted by using the MIS of the COM as a key and the information is given to the COM (S31, 32). Upon the receipt of an EOM, the tag information and the outgoing MID are extracted by using the MID of the EOM as a key and the information is given to the EOM (S41, 42). Then the outgoing MID is released (S43).
