    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane resin composition for lining, which is used for prevention of leakage in piping that remains buried or repair of a pipe portion where minute leakage occurs by pulling uncured resin using a pig while pressure inside a pipe of the piping that remains buried is kept constant, and which achieves prevention of leakage of gas or the like in the piping by enabling the lining material to be easily removed from the piping when the piping deforms due to road vibration and underground movement such as an earthquake and which enables one lining layer to meet the demand for leakage prevention and has good work efficiency.SOLUTION: The urethane resin composition for lining of piping contains 100 pts.wt. of (A) a polyester polyether polyol, 5-50 pts.wt. of (B) an ester compound having a neutralization value of 3.0-30 mgKOH/g and comprising an alcohol and an oxyfatty acid dimer or higher oligomer in which fatty acids having a hydroxyl group are condensed or a fatty acid having a hydroxyl group and a fatty acid having no hydroxyl group are condensed, and 10-1,000 pts.wt. of (C) an isocyanate group-containing compound.

When the gas shutoff valve is not stopped by a detection signal of the photosensors 9A, 9B, a contact surface 622A or 622B of the notched part 622 is brought in contact with the boss 21 so as to forcibly stop.

A communication hole 3C is formed at an attachment seat 3B of the valve housing 3. A check valve 5 is arranged in the communication hole 3C. A valve drive part 2 is attached to the attachment seat 3B of the valve housing 3 and the pressure sensor 6 is disposed oppositely to the check valve 5. A driven shaft 41 and a drive shaft 7 of the valve drive part 1 are connected by a connection pin 8. A valve rod 55 and a valve element 53 of the check valve 5 are pushed down by a connection part 23 of the valve drive part 2 to set the check valve 5 in an open state. When the drive shaft is detached by detaching the connection pin 8 of the valve drive part 2, the valve element 53 is moved by a coil spring 54 of the check valve 5 to set the check valve 5 in a close state.
