摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new deflection mirror excellent characteristics such that dynamic bending deformation of a mirror substrate, which gives an adverse effect on the optical characteristic of a reflected light beam, is effectively suppressed, and to provide an applied apparatus thereof. SOLUTION: The non-supported ends of torsion beams 23 are connected to a mirror substrate via a pair of connecting members 24 and 24. The mirror substrate and connecting members 24 are connected at positions which are farther from a rotation center axis than the peak position of the dynamic bending quantity when the mirror substrate is oscillated by being directly connected to the torsion beams 23. The dynamic bending deformation of the mirror substrate is suppressed, the region in which the dynamic strain is small is expanded, and the dynamic bending quantity in the region is also reduced by the presence of the connecting members. Supporting parts 50 to which the supporting ends 33 of the torsion beams 23 are connected are elastically deformed into a same direction accompanying the rotation of the torsion beams, thus bending moment acting on the mirror substrate is reduced, and the dynamic bending deformation of the mirror substrate is further suppressed.
